GENERAL INFORMATION

Destroy existing weeds b"fore applying PROWL tank-mix combinations. Unusually ,"old, excessively W(", or hot and dry conditions that delay germination or extend germinatio lover a long period of time can reduce weed control.

Applied a::cording to label directions and under normal growing conditions, PROWL tank-mix combinations will not cause crop injury. Over-application can result in crop stand loss. crop injury, or soil residues. Uneven application or improp('c soil incorporation can decrease weed control or cause crop injury.

Seedling diseases, cold weather, excessive moisture, deep planting, low or high soil pH, high soil salt concentration, or drought can weaken seedlings <1'ld plants and increase the possibility of crop damage from PROWL. Under •• :. these conditions, crop yields can be reduced. •

inconsistent with its labeling. Uniformly apply PROWL plus Canopy with a properly calibrated low pressure (20 to 40 psi) fixed-boom sprayer equipped with fan type nozzles and screens no finer than 50 mesh. Use 10 to 40 gallons of water or 20 or more gallons of liquid fertilizer per acre. DO NOT apply this product through any type of irrigation system.

Continuous agitation in the spray tank is required to keep the material in suspension. Avoid overlap and shut off spray booms while starting, turning, slowing or stopping, or crop injury may result.

( DO NOT apply on peat or muck soils or soils having a calcareous surface layer.

DO NOT apply to soils with a pH greater than 7.0, except as directed on the Canopy leaflet label.

Consult the Canopy label for sens1t1ve soybean varieties. Before use on any soybean variety, tolerance to Canopy must first be determined.

PREPLANT INCORPORATED APPLICATIONS

Apply immediately before planting or up to tWO wee!.s prior to planting. Incorporate prior to planting and within 7 days of application. Follow the Incorporation Instructions in the PROWL leaflet label. Use the PROWL And Canopy rates listed in the table on page 5 .

PREEKERGENCE APPLICATIONS

Apply at planting or up to 2 days after planting, but before weeds and crop emerge. Use the P~OWL and Canopy rates listed in the table on page 5. DO NOT APPLY POSTEKERGENCE. Preemergence t:-eatments are most effective in controlling weeds when adequate rainfall or overhead irrigation is recei:f~:. within 7 days after application. •

GENERAL INFORMATION

Destroy existint, weeds before applying PROWL tank-mix combinations. Unusually cold, excessively wet, or hot and dry conditions that delay germinat~on or extend germination over a long period of time can reduce wp.ed control.

Applied according to label directions and under normal growing conditions, PROWL tank-mix combinations will not cause crop injury. Over-application can result in crop stand loss, crop injury, or soil residues. Uneven application or improper soil incorporation can decrease weed control or cause crop injury.

Sep 1ling diseases, cold weather, excessive moisture, deep planting, low or high soil pH, high soil salt concentration, or drought can weaken seedlings and plants and increase the possibility of crop damage from PROWL. Under rhese conditions, crop yields can be reduced.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

It is a violation of Federal law to use this product in a aanr,er inconsistent with its labeling. Uniformly apply PROWL plus Preview with a properly calibrated low pressure (20 to 40 psi) fixed-boo~ sprayer equipped with fan type r.ozzles and screens no finer than 50 mesh. Use 10 to 40 gallons of water or 20 or more gallons of liquid fertilizer per acre. DO NOT apply this product through any type of irrigation system . . . Continuous agitation in the spray tank is re~uired to keep the material in suspension. Avoid overlap and shut off spray booms while 'itarting, turning, slowing or stopping, or crop injury may result.

DO NOT apply on peat or muck soils, soils having a calcareous surface layer, or soils ·.ith a pH greater than 6.8.

Consult the Preview label for sensitive soybean varieties. Before use on any soybean variety, tolerance to Preview must firs~ be determined.

PRE PLANT INCORPOhATED APPLICATIONS

Apply immediately before planting or \lp to two weeks prior to planting. Incorporate prior to p~anting and within 7 days of application. Follow the Incorporation Instructions in the PROWL leaflet label. Use the PROWL and Preview rates listed in the table on page 5.

PREEHERGENCE APPLICATIONS

Apply at planting or up to 2 days after planting, but before weeds and crop emerge. Use the PROWL and Preview rates listed in the table on page 5. DO NOT APPLY POSTEMERGENCE. Preemergence treatments are most effective in controlling weeds when adequate rainfall or overhead irrigation is received within 7 days after application.

If moisture is insufficient to activate the herbicides, a shallow cultivation (preferably with a rotary hoe) should be made after emergence of soybeans, but while we ads are still small enough to be controlled by mechanical cultivation.

DO NOT make applications of PROWL preemergence north of Interstate 80.
