STUDY AND PRACTICE FOR GENERATING THREE-DIMENSIONAL DIGITAL animation studio with a training center for people with disabilities and distance learning opportunities.

BACKGROUND AND REQUIRED RESOURCES
The aim of the project - to create a three-dimensional digital animation film studio with a capacity 1 full-length (90 minutes) animated film of 1.5 years .
On this technical basis, based on studies of creative basic composition of the group, to create a learning and creative practice study with training centers for people with special needs, if necessary, by providing acquire subjects distance learning.
The project provides to use the latest digital animation, compositing, video editing technology and technical solutions in the industry. Implementation of the project will be used for this industry-leading technology of developers products as well as their own innovate.
Project implementation and development at an early stage is designed to 12 months (including preparation - the organizational period is 6 months). Preparation - organizational period of the project group the number of employees - 5 (until the end of the number of personnel 18 people).
