We have reviewed the accompanying statement of Standalone unaudited financial results ofNORRIS MEDICINES LIMITED ("the company") for the Quarter ended 31" December, 2020,prepared and being submitted by the Company pursuant to the requireme nt of Regulation 33 ofthe SEBI (Listing Obligatio ns and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations , 2015, read with SEBICircular No. CIRlCFD/CM DI/44/2019 dated March 29, 2019. This Statement, which is theresponsibility of the Company's Management and has been Prepared in accordance with therecognition and measureme nt principles laid down in Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) 34"Interim Financial Reporting" prescribed under Section 133 of the Compa nies Act, 2013 readwith the relevant rules issued thereunder and other accounting princip les generally accepted inIndia. Our responsibility is to issue a report on the Statement based on our review.

We conducted our review in accordance with the Standard on Review Engagement (SRE) 2410,Review of Interim Financial Information Performed by the Independent Auditor of theEnt ity issued by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. This standard requires that weplan and perform the review to obtain moderate assurance as to whether the statement offinancial results is free of mater ial misstatement. A review is limited primarily to inquiries ofcompany personnel and an analytical procedure applied to financial data and thus provides lessassurance than an audit. We have not performed an audit and.accordingly, we do not expressan audit opinion.

Based on our review conducted as above, nothing has come to our attention that causes us tobelieve that the accompanying statement of unaudited financial results prepared in accordancewith IND AS i.e applicable accounting standards and other recognized accounting practices andpolicies has not disclosed the information required to be disclosed in terms of Regulation 33 ofthe SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulatio ns, 2015 read with SEBICircular no. CIRlCFD/CMDII44/2019 dated March 29,2019 including the manner in which it is tobe disclosed, or that it contains any material misstatement.
