General ExpectationsYou will learn how to:
1. Manage your energetic boundaries ( the emotional debris you pick up from others weighs you down too!) This Step is called SPEAK YOUR TRUTH – NO DRAMA
2. Find a peaceful centered emotional place within you regardless of the outer conditions of your life. This Step is called SANCTUARY
3. Help you to set gentle intentions for yourself and anchor them through a unique process (your thoughts can make you fat but they can also help you release the weight you’re carrying) This Step is Called OWN YOUR TRUTH – AS I THINK SO I AM
4. Make a commitment to your self care, and practice trusting your success. This Step is Called SELF-CARE, SURRENDER AND OWNING SUCCESS
Keeping it Simple –“The Plan” for Food
• Ask the Divine Intelligence of your body what it needs
• Only eat for nutrition• Limit refined or processed
sugars• Limit refined or processed
flour • Breakfast is a daily must!• Limit snacking to twice
throughout the day• Mindful eating

• How much is related to the past?
• Have you noticed that some of what you were feeling has little to do with you, but rather that others in your environment have affected you?
• Would you choose to feel these things again? If not, how would you choose to feel?
• If you could change anything here what would it be?

• Imagine there is a section of your landscape that you would plant this food in as if it were a seed that will yield a flower or other plant. What are you planting?
