Mapleview Intermediate School Intramural Activity Coordinator, Mrs. Jochimsen–788-7910 ext. 2328 [email protected] Mapleview will be offering an intramural basketball program after school for two days each week. Practices will begin when we return to school from winter break in January and end with games against Woodland in February. Specific details about the games will come home with players during the season. Monday & Wednesday (January 3 - February 7)- 5th & 6th grade Boys Tuesday & Thursday (January 4 - February 8)- 5th & 6th grade Girls *NO practice on January 24 or 25 due to parent-teacher conferences Practices will be held immediately after school, and we ask that parents/guardians arrive at Mapleview to pick up students promptly at 4:00. Please pick students up by the gym doors on Main Street, unless they walk or bike. Players will be taught the basic elements of basketball including, dribbling, passing, defense and shooting. This is an excellent program for students who have never played basketball before, as well as for students who have played in the past. Participants should wear a t-shirt, shorts and gym shoes. If interested, please fill out the permission form below and return it to the school office or your child’s homeroom teacher. Emergency Medications: Please be aware that emergency medications that are provided for use during the school day will not be accessible before or after school hours. Parents and students must plan ahead to have emergency medication available during school activities such as clubs and sports. The Kimberly Youth Wrestling Program is open to all youth in grades 4K through 6th grade.

MY SWEETHEART FATHER-DAUGHTER DANCE HEART OF THE VALLEY YMCA

Join in the fun and attend our 10th Annual Father-Daughter Dance! Girls, get dressed-up

for a night with your dad, grandpa, or a special someone. Registration includes music,

dancing, photo-booth, cookies and a parting gift! Also, tickets will be available for sale at
