Add Photo

You can upload a photo or take a picture with your webcam. Actually, you can upload up to four photos that represent who you are – and swap them out to change the mood when you’re in a meeting. Don’t want to upload a photo right now? You can create an avatar on-the-fly.

Include a Bio

Include a brief overview that tells your guests a little bit about you. Where you live, interests, hobbies, travel…where you attended school.

Options

Customize room option settings including webcam, connect panel and audio.

Set up your profileLet people get to know you better. Your profile provides a nice overview of who you are. Populate your profile by clicking on your cube. Clicking on your cube, or a guest’s cube, expands it so you can learn more about them. You can easily integrate your social networks from here. Sharing. It’s a good thing. Video Tutorial

Bring content into your room

Your iMeet Room Key is multi-purposed. It acts as your room monitor letting you know who’s entered room when you’re not there. The monitor will pop up on your computer, or mobile device, displaying names and photos of guests. Don’t keep them waiting. The Room Key lets you message directly back to your room letting guests know you’re running late or you’ll be right there.

To download the iMeet Room Key click https://imeet.com/tools. The room key is so intuitive; it will also install the iMeet Toolbar for Outlook. Video Tutorial

You can email documents to your room’s file cabinet, by emailing them to [email protected]. Or, while you’re in your room, click on the file cabinet to upload files and videos right from there. Lock the files you don’t want to share and unlock the ones you do. Plus, guests can drop files in your cabinet, even when you’re not there.

Want to know another great thing about the file cabinet? Once loaded into your room, they’ll always be waiting in the cloud. So, you can access those files from any computer, anywhere, including your mobile tablet, iPhone or iPad.
