WELCOME TO ST. JULIE’SSt. Julie Billiart Catholic Church is a parish that serves Newbury Park and surrounding communities in the Archdiocese of Los Angeles. We are located in the heart of the Conejo Valley in the beautiful community of Newbury Park, CA.We are a loving community of more than 1,800 families who gather together each week to worship together in prayer and thanksgiving.
Our mission is to enrich a faith community that grows spiritually through worship, lifelong education, fellowship and service.
We currently have over 20 active ministries, including outreach ministries to Los Angeles, Mexico and Africa as well as serving the local community with the Meal and Winter Shelter Program, the Society of St.Vincent De Paul, the Knights of Columbus and Helping Hands.
We have Religious Education programs for all ages 3 to adult ranging from Pray and Play to Adult Bible Study as well as fun-for-all social ministries including the OWLS and 80+ groups.
Whether you are just here for a visit, looking for a new parish home, are returning to the Catholic Faith or are interested in finding out more about the Catholic Church, we are happy to have you here and welcome you!

ST. JULIE’S NEWSSt. Julie’s SVDP - Ozanam Sunday: Frederic Ozanam was born on April 23, 1813 in Milan, Italy. On April 23, 1833 Frederic and six companions founded the Society of St. Vincent de Paul. Also, St. Vincent de Paul was
born on April 24, 1581. To commemorate these events the Society in the United States celebrates the last Sunday of April as Ozanam Sunday. The Society’s nearly 100,000 trained volunteers in the United States has provided more than 17.5 million hours of volunteer service,helping more than 20.9 million people through visits to homes, prisons and hospitals.
Mother’s Day Orchid Corsages will be sold by the Life Ministry after all Masses on May 12th and 13th. Corsage donations are $5 dollars each. Your donations help the unborn and their mothers.
Scholarship Essay Sponsored by the Knights of Columbus: “What Does Being Patriotic Mean To You?” All high school seniors who will be graduating prior to July 15th., 2018, AND are a family member of a Knight of Columbus who is a member of our Assembly OR a family mem-ber of a parishioner in our Assembly area (Simi Valley, Moorpark, Westlake Village, Thousand Oaks, and Newbury Park) are eligible to compete in the College Scholarship program. The Ventura District of the Archdiocesan Council of Catholic Women (ACCW) invites all women of the parish to a day of prayer and fellowship with other Catholic women of the area. EVERY CATHOLIC WOMAN IS A MEMBER AND THERE ARE NO DUES. The next gathering will be Wednesday, May 16, 2018 at Mary, Star of the Sea Catholic Church, 463 W. Pleasant Valley Road, Oxnard, CA 93033.
