My name is Cassidy Daniels and I am 22

years old. I am currently a junior at

University of Houston where I am majoring in Consumer Science and Merchandising. I am also a member of Alpha Chi Omega. I have a boyfriend

named Caleb that is also a student at

University of Houston.

MY PARENTS On December 20,

1988 I was born in Tomball, Texas and have been raised here my entire life. My parents names are Mike and Valerie Daniels, that were also, both raised in Tomball. My dad owns a plumbing company in Tomball called Daniels Plumbing and my mom is a counselor at Klein Collins High school.

MY SIBLINGS I have an older sister named Brooke, that is 24 years old and a younger brother named Chase, that is 18 years old. My sister and I both attend University of Houston and live together.

MY HOBBIES I am currently working part-

time at a women’s boutique called Dressed to the Nine in Cypress. I have learned a lot about retail that will help me in my future. When I’m not going to school or working, I love to work out, hang out with family and friends, and read fashion books or magazines. I also enjoying competing in beauty pageants. I have competed in Miss Houston and Miss Texas Teen USA.

Since I was a little girl I have always had a love for fashion. I love watching fashion shows and seeing new fashion trends.

CAREER GOALS:

Since I was a little girl I have always dreamed of owning a women's clothing boutique. My boutique would be located in Houston and would be called “Wardrobe”. My boutique would offer women's clothing, shoes, and jewelry. If business goes well, I plan to open a second location in Rice Village.

MY FUTURE PLANS:After Graduation:• I will graduate from University of Houston in May of

2012. • I hope to get a job working as the main buyer for a

department store such as; Niemen's or Saks Fifth Avenue.

3 Years Following Graduation:• After working as the main buyer for Saks or

Niemen's, I hope to be opening a women's boutique called Wardrobe in the Houston area.

• I hope to be engaged or married at this time.

6 Years Following Graduation: • I hope to have established my second boutique in

Rice Village. • I plan to be married at the time, and hope to have

started a family.

FOLLOWING GRADUATION..

Immediately after graduating from the University of Houston in May of 2012 with my degree in Consumer Science and Merchandising, I plan to start working at Saks Fifth Avenue in the Houston Galleria. I hope to begin my career on the selling floor at Saks, as a personal shopper. My job will consist of helping women that are not familiar with the recent fashion trends. A year later I hope to be promoted to the official buyers position of Saks. I would love to travel around the country and decide what designers would be brought into the store.

3 YEARS FOLLOWING GRADUATION

Three years after graduating from the University of Houston with my degree in Consumer

Science and Merchandising I will be 25 years old. After working as a personal shopper, I hope

to have established a women's clothing boutique in the Houston Area. My boutique will

be called Wardrobe and will sell women's clothing, shoes, accessories and fun gifts. I also hope to be engaged or married at this point in

my life.

6 YEARS FOLLOWING GRADUATION

Six years following graduation, if my boutique is successful I plan to be opening a second location in Rice Village. Rice Village is the perfect spot for a business because it is surrounded with other popular boutiques and great restaurants. I would like to add a

second phase to my boutique and start selling homecoming and prom dresses. There is not a lot of locations that sell special

occasions dresses and regular day to day clothing. Wardrobe in Rice Village will be a “one-stop” shop. I also planned to be married and

have a family.

Most importantly, I would not be anywhere without my family. They believe in me and my
