Introducing the new I-130 Impact crusher –the most advanced mobile tracked crusher forquarried rock, recycling & demolitionapplications!

Reliability,Performance & Simplicity...

The direct drive system, independent hydraulic pre-screen, and under-

crusher vibratory feeder option allow the I-130 to deliver maximum

performance and efficiency, reducing downtime- whatever the application.

With robust construction, fast set up/ tear down times, simple control

processes- the system is rapidly mobile and easy to use.

The machine is fitted with a large

9m³ (11.7yd3) hydraulic folding

hopper as standard. The hopper is

fitted with a 1.25m x 1.05m (8’6” x

3’5”) hydraulic drive, variable speed

vibrating grizzly feeder. The

standard grizzly bar spacing is

50mm (2”), with 3 other sizes

available as options.

I-130 Impact Crusher

At A Glance Terex® Cedarapids IP1313 Impact Chamber

Direct drive to impact chamber via fluid coupling ‘V’ Belts

 Hydraulically assisted apron setting

 Cat C13 324kW (440HP) water cooled engine

 9m³ hopper capacity (11.7 yd³)

Heavy duty stepped grizzly feeder with integral pre-screen

Under Crusher Feeder complete with wear resistant liners

Selectable discharge to by-pass conveyor or main conveyor

Two speed tracks with ‘soft’ start

 Overband magnet optional

 By-pass conveyor optional

 Full length main conveyor

No under crusher feeder - full belt option

Independent pre-screen systemMaterial is screened by the grizzly feeder before

entering the impact chamber, maximising plant

throughput. Fines material can be directed to the

optional by-pass conveyor, or onto the main conveyor.

An optional independent hydraulic prescreen is also

available.

With the 1270mm x 1220mm (50” x 48”) impact chamber at

the core of the machine there is a proven track record on

performance- offering high throughput capacity and

excellent reduction. The chamber is supplied with a 4

bar rotor as standard, with a 2 high/2 low

configuration with tool steel bars. Other options are

available to suit various applications- 4 high bars, 3 bar

rotor, high chrome, ceramic, etc.. The chamber has a

hydraulic assisted setting feature which makes adjustment

of the aprons easy.

The advanced electronic control system monitors and controls the

speed of the rotor. Five pre-set speeds can be selected to suit your

application. The system also regulates the feeder to ensure the consistent feed of material into the crusher

chamber maintaining optimal crushing conditions.
