Paoay lies on the tiny strip of Iloco Nortes coastal plain facing the China Sea, bounded by the City of Laoag on the north; Currimao on the south; Sarrat on the east; and the Luzon Sea on the west. It has a total land area of 76.24 square kilometers,with a population of 21,253 in 1995. Paoay has a high agricultural yields and stable handicraft industries. The major crop of the town is garlic, sometimes calledwhite goldby the farmers deriving their income from this produce.

Pagudpud is a coastal town in the northernmost tip of Luzon, known as Boracay of the North because of its powdery white sand beaches. Pagudpud is a popular tourist destination because of its resorts and beaches.(Saud Beach,Hannah's,etc.)

The Mausoleum and Museum is located in Batac, Ilocos Norte.The airconditioned dark mausoleum is filled with flowers and candles. Visitors can view President Ferdinand Marcos remains, which is enclosed in a glass casket, up close. Visitors are allowed to go inside to pay respects while an almost hunting chant is played over and over.

Burgos is a fifth class municipality in the province of Ilocos Norte, Philippines, the most northwestern town on the island of Luzon. It was formerly known as Nagpartian and was renamed after the martyred priest Jos Burgos who was born in the Ilocos Region. According to the 2010 census, it has a population of 9,687 people.
