Relaxation and Stretching:
Shoulder rolls
Neck rolls
Jaw massage
Descending slides: From a comfortably high pitch to a comfortably low pitch. Every sound should begin with an /h/ or /wh/ to facilitate an easy onset. Keep the air moving and the resonance forward: no glottal attacks and no vocal fry. Allow the jaw, lips, and tongue to move freely with the vowel combinations. Feel free to make up your own vowel combinations!

Ascending/Descending siren: From a comfortably low pitch to a comfortably high pitch and back down again. Keep the air moving and the resonance forward, particularly at the top of the siren. Feel free to move: swoop your arms, bend your knees, etc.
