Manufacture:With 2000 m² of workshopsavailable, M.A.INDUSTRIEcan handle all phasesof production. Dedicatedmachine welding, painting,

machining, wiring and assembly workshops. Testingand adjustment is carried out as far as possible inour workshop, with final adjustments made on site.M.A.INDUSTRIE also has 1000 m² storage spaceavailable.

Installation on site:M.A.INDUSTRIE’s installa-tion teams are availablethroughout France toremove your old equipmentand install your new trashrack cleaning machine. Our site managers all shareour guiding values of quality, safety and on-timedelivery.Our installation technicians undergo regular trainingto ensure their qualifications are kept up to date.

Remote management:M.A.INDUSTRIE’s trash rackcleaners are fully automatic,but we also offer a remotemanagement option which,when l inked to v ideo

monitoring, allows you to operate the trash rackcleaner manually from any computer with an Internetconnection. This option is also available on tabletsand smartphones.

Maintenance:All M.A.INDUSTRIE equip-ment is shipped with adetailed instruction andmaintenance manual. Ourinstallation engineers canbe deployed rapidly on site to assist with anyservicing or maintenance requirements for any typeof trash rack cleaner.

Analysis:M.A.INDUSTRIE’s engineerswill assess the equipmentremoved so as to achievethe best possible cost/returnratio.

A fully justified and costed report is provided at theend of the removal process before the renovationwork begins.We design and provide drawings for parts requiringrepair and provide a complete job file at the end ofthe work.

Repairs:M.A.INDUSTRIE will over-see any specific repairwork to your hydraulicturbine: bearing adjust-ment, impeller fabrication,shaft repairs, along with a full range of commonservice options: impeller reconditioning, flangereinforcement, seal and guide reconstruction,machining of small and medium sized parts.

Testing and adjustment:Preadjustment of the machi-nery is carried out byM.A.INDUSTRIE’s installerswhen re-fitting the turbine. Adocument describing test

procedures is prepared and discussed with theoperator before the water supply is restored to yourplant, to ensure the safety of people and equipment.The test manager will check any final adjustmentsbefore the plant is brought back into service.
