MULTIPURPOSE

Hydra door complies with Lift Directive96/16/EC, EN 81-1/2 + A3:2009 standard andtechnical rule nr. 782 01/10/2009.

CERTIFICATIONS

Wittur Hydra is the door system designed for the maximum flexibility.

EVO version, supplied for the most common dimensions and executions, is certified accordingto the new norm EN 81-20/50. Fire rated certifications include EN81-58, BS 476-22, DIN 18091, COC, GOST.

Hydra door system features many adjustment possibili-ties on each component to adapt to shaft geometry andobtain the best installation results. It is available in dis-assembled or assembled version as an option.

The design of EVO version allows the use of screw gunsfor fast assembly. Door operators are pre-adjusted andfactory tested (Plug & Play).

EASY INSTALLATION

Wittur high-efficiency brushless motors with VVVF vec-tor control are designed to reduce energy consumptionduring operation and are equipped with 0 Watt standbymode.

Wittur drives are able to move panels of different weightinstalled in the same elevator thanks to their continuousmass detection features.

Rollers of specific material for each kind of applicationensure the highest comfort and a reduced operatingnoise.

Hydra is available in vandal resistant execution accord-ing to European Standard EN 81-71:2005 Category 1,both with standard panels and with glass framed panels.

The vandal resistant certification is also available in com-bination with EN 81-58 fire rated certification.

Hydra is available in DIN 18091 execution with doubleskin panels.

DIN 18091 EXECUTION

Hydra is available in explosion proof execution in fullstainless steel with special components according toEuropean Standard EN 1127-1:1997.

EXPLOSION PROOF EXECUTION (ATEX)

Hydra doors in marine executions are designed andmanufactured to withstand extreme conditions accord-ing to Lift Directive 96/98/EC, MED (Marine EquipmentDirective) and IMO (International Marine Organization)standards.

MARINE EXECUTION

Hydra is designed to comply with European NormsEN81-72:2003 and can be inserted in firefighterselevators.

Hydra car door with Wittur PLUS brushless permanent magnets synchronous motor (PMSM) offers the latest technologyavailable on the market. Designed for low power consumption during operation and standby, Hydra PLUS with ECO+ offersa power consumption reduction up to 48% compared to previous drive designs.

Hydra PLUS is available with three high efficient drives:

• "ECO PLUS" for low traffic installations (residential, small offices)• "MIDI PLUS" for medium-high traffic installations (public buildings, offices, prestigious buildings) • "SUPRA" for high traffic and/or high performance installations (hotels, hospitals, public building, marine installa-tions, prestigious buildings)
