The Board of Stewards / Directors, HRC have decided to arrange Lunch & Tea to Club and Stand Members, their spouses and their Guests on the above day. The charges are as under:- Club Member/Stand Member/ Spouse of Member Guests of Club/Stand Members Rs. 600/- each (inclusive of GST) Rs. 1000/- each (For Lunch, Tea and inclusive of Entry & GST) (The number of Guests per Club/ Stand Member is restricted to TWO only). 1. THE LUNCH & TEA WILL BE SERVED ON 3 RD FLOOR, STEWARDS LUNCH ROOM FOR MEMBERS AND THEIR GUESTS WITH DRESS CODE AS FOLLOWS: Gentlemen: Suit/ Jacket with Tie/ Safari suit/ National Dress with Shoes. Kurta & Pyjama are not allowed. Sandals & Slippers are not allowed. (DRESS REGULATION WILL BE FOLLOWED VERY STRICTLY) Ladies : Saree / Smart Indian or Western attire. 11. THE LUNCH & TEA WILL BE SERVED ON 2 ND FLOOR, MEMBERS CAFETERIA FOR MEMBERS AND THEIR GUESTS WITHOUT DRESS CODE. Members are kindly requested to refer any matter and any informationpertaining to Derby arrangements may also contact Mr. N.P. Srinivasa Rao,Senior Manager (Legal), HRC, Mobile No.8096616703 & 040-24549491/92,Ext.No.235.
It would be necessary for the Club and Stand Members intending to attendthe lunch and inviting their guests to inform the Club latest by 27th September,2021 in person or in writing to the Chief Operating Officer, Hyderabad Race Club,the number of guests they intend inviting along with payment of the requisitecharges for self, spouse and the guests. In case the Club and Stand Memberscannot book the lunches in person, they can send us an authorization letter / emailfor booking the lunches along with the payment of requisite charges.
Members are requested to kindly note that oral/telephonic bookings, as alsobookings without payment of the requisite charges for self, spouse and the guestswill not be accepted.
May I request you to kindly ensure that the enclosed requisite form dulycompleted in all respects is returned on priority so as to reach the Club on or before27th September, 2021. This will be of immense help to the Management in ensuringthat adequate arrangements are made.
Members are further requested to kindly note that as per the orders issuedby the Commissioner of Police, extra security arrangements have been made forthe day and this has been outsourced. The outsourced Security personnel who inkeeping with the large gathering on this day, have been instructed to strictly followthe procedures. As such, Club and Stand Members are requested to kindly co-operate and display their Badges prominently and also request their spouse andguests to display their Badges prominently as it will be easier to enter the dininghall and also as it makes easier for the outsourced Security personnel to identifyour Members.
Further, Members are kindly requested to follow all prescribed COVID— 19 NORMS in the premises of Hyderabad Race Club i.e.,
a). Thermal Check at the Entrance b). Compulsory Wearing of Face Mask
Hand Sanitization d). Maintain Social Distancing.
