NABBED ONE BOY (BJ - SEIZED (5) TWO-WHEELERS, WORTH Rs. 2.5 LAKHS.
On 18-10-2019, the sleuths of Commissioner’s Task Force, South Zone
Team with the assistance of Chaderghat Police nabbed a Boy Juvenile who
committed theft of automobiles in twin Commissionerates of Hyderabad and
Cyberabad and recovered five 2-wheelers worth of Rs. 2.5 lakhs
Brief facts:-
The above Boy Juvenile born & brought up in Hyderabad City and of the
age 17 years who is an student. He got addicted to bad vices and also he
developed passion of riding vehicles. To cope up with the lavish expenses he
started committing theft of two wheelers using duplicate keys and started
enjoying the ride over such stolen motorcycles which were parked in front of
the houses and establishments.
So far the above said Boy Juvenile has committed theft of five
2-wheelers under the limits of Chaderghat and Rajendra Nagar Police
stations.
The above Boy Juvenile was nabbed by South Zone Task Force and
handed over to SHO, Begum Bazar PS for further action

Thakiuddin & Staff of South Zone Task Force, Hyderabad City along with

NABBED TODDLER KIDNAPPER
who was kidnapped a child swarnalatha from secunderabad railway station
On credible information the sleuths of Commissioner’s Task Force, North
Zone Team, Hyderabad, nabbed Toddler kidnapper Sakali Raju age. 30 yrs,
N/o. Mahaboob Nagar, Telangana State who was kidnapped two-and-half-year-
old Swarnalatha from secunderabad Railway station on 14-10-2019.
Details of apprehended accused :-
Sakali Raju S/o. late S.Buchaiah, age. 30 yrs, occ. Labour N/o. Gundyala
(village), Hanwada ( Mandal), Mahaboob Nagar, Telangana State

On 14-10-2019 the complainant Dandu Suresh, Occ. Labour N/o
Ramannagaripalli (V), Nellore District, AP lodged a complaint at RPS,
Secunderabad stated that on 13-10-2019 he along with his children i.e., one
boy Prabhas, 05 years and Swarnalatha, aged about 2 ½ years travelled by bus
from Saraigudem and reached Secunderabad and entered into Railway Station
on platform No. 1 moved to platform No.10, there he slept on platform with his
children around 19:30 hrs. Later on 13/14-10-2019 midnight around 01:30
hrs he woke up and found his daughter Swarna Latha, was missing from the
place.
Brief history of accused:-
The accused Sakali Raju S/o. late S.Buchaiah, age. 30 yrs is native of
Gundyala (village), Mahaboob Nagar, Telangana State. He addicted to consume
liquor, having bad vices.
Due to bad vices in the year 2000 the accused left from native village and
stayed few years at Bangalore, Thirupathi, Chennai & Vijayawada worked in
Catering service, later went to his native stayed for one month. After that in the
month of Sep-2019 he came to secunderaba doing labour work and taking
shelter on flat form railway station, Secunderabad.
Motive behind abduction of Child
On 13/14-10-2019 at 0100 hrs the accused Sakali Raju consumed
liquor and going to sleep at his shelter, on the way near platform No.10 the
accused was found that the toddler Swarnalatha, aged about 2 ½ years, who is
sleeping on the platform with her father and brother, then the accused planed
to kidnap the child for begging with her or sell to needy persons at Thirupathi
as in Thirupati the children get huge amount through begging and to get huge
amount for his lavish life.
Immediately the accused observed the surroundings and confirmed that
no one was observing him, then the accused lifted the child on his shoulders,
came out from Railway station. After some time the kidnapper reached near
Bandimet area while the child crying loudly due to fear abandoned the child
on the road at Bandimet near Market Police Station and sped away.
Traced the abducted child :
On 14-10-2019 morning hours while the child crying on the road near
Bandimet , local public saw the child, dialled 100, meanwhile the Market PS
patrolling team rescued her safely, finally returned to her father.
Investigation:
The Task Force North Zone team examined CCTV camera footage at all
possible place & Railway station premises, found a man, aged around 25 years,
carrying the child on his shoulders and walking out of the station through Gate
No 5 and the officer formed two teams to track him down.
Arrest:-
Task Force North Zone teams continuing efforts to trace out toddler
Kidnapper today on credible information laid a trap near Secunderabad
Railway station and found the kidnaper moving in suspicious manner,
immediately the Task Force North Zone team apprehended the kidnapper
Sakali Raju and detected the toddler kidnapping case of RPS, Secunderabad.
The accused person was handed over to SHO,RPS, Secunderabad for
further investigation.
The arrest was made under the supervision of Sri.P.Radhakishan Rao,

White Collar Offender of Saidabad Police Station, under the provision of Preventive Detention
Act and it has been returned un-served stating that the detention order was not executed as the
offender could not be traced/found despite all possible efforts. Whereas, I am satisfied that Syed
Omran s/o Syed Omer has been willfully absconding and is concealing himself to avoid the
service of the said detention order, thereby obstructing the process of law.
Therefore, by invoking the provisions of Sec.7 of the said Act, proclamation is hereby
made that the said Syed Omran s/o Syed Omer is required to appear before me at the Office of
the Commissioner of Police, Basheerbagh, Hyderabad within 30 days from the date of

Business at Dilshuk Nagar, Hyderaba, R/o H.No. 13-4-160/3, Upper Basthi, Sabjimandi,
Hyd who committed crime Deliberate and malicious acts, intended to outrage religious
feelings of any class by insulting its religion or religious beliefs, mischief, threaten with
dire consequence, wherein person has been pelting stones, bones and lemons in the odd
hours to victim’s houses. The place of offence falls in the limits of Kulsumpura Police
station.
During the investigation, today i.eOn 18-10-2019 at early hours we received a
credible information that accused presence at his residence. Immediately SI
V.Satyanarayana and staff reached the spot and apprehended the accused on 18-10-2019
