Procedure: Determine Quantity of Sandwiches Needed
1. Take 1 slice of Gouda and place on top of each patty.
2. Split the potato bun and toast by placing into impinger oven using the 2
minute setting.
3. Place needed Egg Patty’s (no more than 9 per tray) into the Merry Chef.
Cook on the Breakfast; Egg Patty button.
4. Cook needed apple wood smoked round bacon.
To Serve Immediately:
1. Add 1-2 teaspoons of mayonnaise onto the bottom bun.
2. Remove Egg Patty’s and place onto bun bottom.
3. Add 1 slice of round bacon onto egg cheese patty.
5. Add top of bun and serve immediately.
To Prepare in advance: Place cooked egg patty prep directly into the
Thermodyne hot holding unit. Do Not Place Buns into the Thermodyne.
