Dorky, warm and a little bit funny, Alice Zaslavsky is like an old sweater you can’t quite part with. A former teacher and one-time loser of MasterChef Australia, she now

divides her time between hosting kids’ game show ‘Kitchen Whiz’, galavanting about the country wielding a microphone and/or spatula and tweeting prolifically as @aliceinframes. With a quick wit, easy rapport and bottomless pit of facts and recipes, Alice makes fun food and fun food.

Chef/owner of ‘Oscillate Wildly’ Sydney, an alumni of Est, Marque, and Bridgewater Mill and a highly accomplished chef, Karl revels in pushing the boundaries and

taking the diner on an extraordinary taste journey. The restaurant name may suggest chaos and lack of control, but the menu like the restaurant, is anything but. There’s a sure hand in the cooking and the front of house remains the image of serenity and order.

Rated as one of the world’s finest French chefs, Philippe began his career aged 16, going on to eventually open restaurants as Head Chef for the legendary Paul Bocuse in Lyon,

Japan, Houston USA. In 1991 he opened Restaurant Paul Bocuse in Melbourne to great acclaim, moving to Langton’s Restaurant, followed by Liberte in Sydney. From 2002-4 he lived in Tokyo moving back to Melbourne in 2005 to open the brasserie by Philippe Mouchel, at Crown , before opening PM24. “What’s next” Philippe? - is the question on every serious foodie’s lips.

Chef/Owner of Gastro Park Sydney, Grant was head chef of the highly acclaimed “Pier” restaurant for 7 years. Gourmet Traveller’s opening review of Grant’s restaurant

offered: “So while King makes no apologies about wanting to experiment, about his technique-heavy cooking, about keeping the Park playful, and changing the menu as his whim and his produce dictates, his key concession to you, the customer, is that he goes a long way out of his way to make sure what’s on the plate tastes as good as it can taste.” Hallelujah!
