Must Also Include 1) A write-up describing how this project meets the requirements and intent of this credit 2) Baseline building parameters must satisfy ASHRAE 90.1-2007 3) Discussion on envelope baseline and proposed design parameters chosen 4) Discussion on mechanical HVAC equipment chosen with baseline and proposed design parameters 5) Discussion on lighting baseline and proposed design parameters chosen 6) Include eQuest charts with anotation clarifying 10% reduction over 90.1-2007

Do not use CFC refrigerants in new buildings
OR
Develop and implement a phase out plan for CFC in reuse buildings Only allowed when reusing HVAC equiipment in a major addition or a building shell reuse
Must Also Include 1) A write-up describing how this project meets the requirements and intent of this credit 2) Identify refrigerant to be used (if any) If using any refrigerant, specify the chiller being used If the refrigerant is hazzardous, describe how this will be handled and how local codes a and how local codes are satisfied. 3) Attach the Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) for the refrigerant. 4) Show a cut sheet for the selected chiller 5) Show phase out plan with dates and planned cost
