Many HVAC contractors face the unique

challenge of having to manage construction

projects while simultaneously running a service

organization. STRUCTURE was designed with

your needs in mind. From day one, the deve-

lopment of our software has always had a slant

towards the unique requirements of the spe-

cialty trade. In addition to the need for extensi-

ve project cost coding and generating work in

process schedules for your bank and bonding

companies, STRUCTURE's comprehensive Work

Order module was designed to handle the

needs of even the busiest service departments.

The Work Order module allows for on-line

dispatch and instant access to all the relevant

customer information. With the service tech

notification feature enabled, you can send

a text message or email of the important

call information directly to your technicians'

mobile device. All the history you need is

right at your fingertips. Access data by call

or location, or even get a history for each

piece of equipment. Track the invento-

ry on each service vehicle and determine

who your most profitable technician is.

In the Payroll module, the need to track

apprentice hours is easily accommodated

with STRUCTURE. The WorkForce Scheduling

module allows HVAC contractors to load their

field resources and schedule the workforce

in advance and on a daily basis, for both the

service department as well as the construction

division. You can even use it to forecast future

manpower requirements. Because WorkForce

integrates directly with the Payroll module, it

streamlines the entire data collection process.

BRAINS

Business Reporting Automated Intelligence Notification Service

Did you know that included with your purchase of STRUCTURE comes BRAINS?

BRAINS is a feature which allows STRUCTURE to run programs and send emails automatically from the server. You could say it's the "BRAINS" of the operation.

BRAINS can schedule certain reports to run at specific times and automatically email them to the proper individuals within your organization. Saving you time and increasing your efficiency. BRAINS allows your payroll process to become automated. Payroll

direct deposits can be emailed out directly to your employees, eliminating the need to print and mail them out.

Normally you have to manually refresh the Executive Center, which could take quite some time to finish. You can set BRAINS to automatically refresh the Executive Center at any time you like. For example, you can have BRAINS set to refresh the Executive

Center at midnight. So when you come into work the next morning, your updated information is there waiting for you. The best part is that BRAINS is entirely free. It is offered at no extra cost to you.
