Huu Lien Asia was established in 1978, as a small factory producing bicycle spokes, before becoming a large private enterprise in 2001. Huu Lien Asia’s outstanding progress has been marked by the transition from a limited liability to a corporation which got listed on the HCMC Stock Exchange on 30 October

2008. Expansion into other industries soon followed. Huu Lien Asia now leads the steel tube industry in Vietnam and is fast-becoming an international steel corporation, opening up new development prospects both here and abroad.

Diversification is an important step towards achieving sustainable development targets, improving risk management, increasing profits and even more importantly, elevating the Huu Lien Asia brand to that of an international leading steel corporation.

In the future, we will broaden our diversification to take advantage of existing resources and new business opportunities with the objective of taking the company to greater heights. We want Huu Lien Asia to become an international leading steel corporation. As a first step, we invested in the indoor furniture sector, using steel tube as the raw material. We plan to construct a modern steel tube production factory in Long An to increase capacity and meet the ever-increasing customer demand. In addition, we have invested in the 60,000 m2 Huu Lien Asia residential project in Binh Tan district, which opened in 2010. Other projects include financial investment activities, mergers and acquisitions.
