- Túró Rudi is about ten centimeters long barrel shaped snack. It is made of curd cheese (inside), and chocolate (outside).

- It contains lots of calcium and protein.- It tastes nice sweet - and - sour .- It is the favourite snack of Hungary.

-It was named by Sándor Klein, who designed its image.

-The production of the TR is started in 1968.

- You can buy Túró Rudi in Slovakia,

Poland, Romania, Italy and China.

Home Made Túró RudiIngredients:

50dkg curd cheese2 p. vanillin sugar

2tbsp. Sugar1 p. gelatin

2dl clotted cream10dkg dark chocolate

Stir together the curd cheese, clotted cream

and sugar. Heat the gelatin, and

stir in the others.Pur it into a barrel

shape, and chill for at least 3 hours.

Melt the chocolate and pur over the TR.
