OVERVIEW – LIVE ACTION GAME Played at over 1000 university campuses
around the world Game starts with 1 or more zombies Zombies attack humans There are ‘Safe Zones’
GAMEPLAYFor Zombies Objective: Tag all humans; Avoid starvation Tagging converts humans to zombies Can be stunned when shot by Human’s
NERF guns Starvation period – 48 hours
For Humans Defend themselves against zombies Use NERF guns, balled up socks….. Objective: Remain alive for set time
DISADVANTAGES- LIVE ACTION GAME Disruptive game, can interfere with
classes and other campus activities Safety issues: NERF guns, non-players
could get hurt Game is banned in some capacity on
certain campuses
OUR GAME - HVZ FOR ANDROID PHONES Uses geo-location. GPS tracks player
location. Displayed on Radar General rules are the same Player has health & stamina Humans, Zombies within 150 meter radius
can see and attack each other
ATTACK ! Consists of 1 or more mini-games We have implemented TicTacToe for
now Losing a game causes a decrease in
health Players can physically run away in
middle of a fight, decreases stamina Runner forfeits the game Stamina & Health regenerate
slowly
GAMEPLAY – ANDROID HVZFor Zombies Total loss of health means they are
stunned Starvation period – 24 hours
For Humans Total loss of health ->
Human becomes zombie
