PREVENTION
Preventing human trafficking is by far the most effective method of ending human trafficking. It isn’t as “glamorous” as rescue, and it can’t be quantified, but it is vital!
Intervention with high risk individuals before exploitation:
Homeless Minorities Single mothers lacking sufficient support Runaways or “Throwaways” Those living in Poverty Those with Drug or Alcohol Addictions Kids with a single parent or no parent (No dad involved) Those with a history of sexual and/or physical abuse The Disabled Those who aren’t careful, or who are looking for a high risk adventure.
