Human Resource Management Division : Belief
Core Functions of HRM Division Core Functions of HRM Division • Deals with the Personnel / Establishment matters of
the HEC’s Regular, Project / Contract employees including appointments promotions and transfers etc.
• Provides human resource to various Divisions/Sections according to HEC budget and as per approved projects being run by the HEC.
• Arrange meetings of the Selection Board, Selection Committee / DPC, Scrutiny Committees etc.
• Maintains the PERS/ ACRs and Service Statements / Service Books of the officers / officials.
• Process the cases of Employees for Pension, G.P. Fund, Group Life Insurance, Benevolent Fund and Trainings all around Pakistan.
• Provides house requisitioning and medical facilities to entitled employees.
• Maintains active collaboration and coordination with all the other Divisions/ Sections of HEC.
