Industrial Relations
Concept :The term ‘Industrial Relations’ comprises of two terms:
‘Industry’ and ‘Relations’. “Industry” refers to “any productive activity in which an individual is engaged”. By “relations” we mean “the relationships that exist within the industry between the employer and his workmen.”
