• Organizational behavior studies the impact that individuals and groups
of individuals have on behavioral patterns in an organization.
• it tries to study the influence of various organizational structures,
hierarchy, grapevine, formal and informal patterns of controls which
impact human behavior within an organization.
• It is a large and macro field that tries to understand allied subjects like
sociology, logic, psychology, communication and how they relate to
management and behavioral patterns emerging within an organization.
