JUNE BREAKFAST

Let’s Meet for Lunch

There were 45 attending today. Carl and Nancy Brenn finally arrived. So our group is pretty much complete now.

Clem, even though he doesn’t win the 50/50 very often, did win the birthday drawing. The 50/50 was won by Fred Miller. Scratch-off winners were Bernie Rasmussen, Bette Jayne Spinney, Gail Heller (won 1.00), Fred Enck, Dave Da-vidson, Caroline Thies, Franz Breunig, Linda Karl, and Barb Enck.

Kasey Sheldon was the guest of her grandparents, Willie and Penny Grosslinger.

We also have some new members, Dave & Jo-Anne Bennett, and Billy Marszal. It’s great for the club when new people join, it only strengthens the group as a whole.

The group decided to change the “Let’s Meet for Lunch” to the 4th Saturday each month. It should help financially to spread some of our regular events out more.

The membership also voted to donate money to a young Oneonta girl, age 9, who suffered and aneu-rism and is at Albany Medical Center.

I would like to thank Caroline for taking over for me today, it makes it easier on me when I know there is someone I can depend on. Things are a little tough for me right now and I really appreci-ate the help.

tours, unplanned, the group went to Jeffersonville

NY for lunch, then headed for the museum. On the
