The Hub is a place for purpose-driven people to connect and build solutions for a better world. With our growing community of more than 900 mem-bers, we are designing and adapting curated work-spaces, events, and accelerator tools that build community and help everyone work smarter. We also have an extended network of more than 4000 members working at 31 Hubs across 5 continents.

Members work at The Hub, attend and produce events, run their own bootcamps, access funding and mentorship, source clients and !"#!"$%&'()*"(%+,-$.,%"!')/,$0*1"(2%+,34'/.,

*Hub user research

We created The Hub to support people who are building a better world. To begin, we interviewed changemakers to understand what they needed and why. Their responses showed a need for greater purpose in their lives and 5"(0,64/-//'$7,!"554$'*8,)("4$.,*905:,;90'(,(0)%"$'$7,90/&0.,4%,%9)&0,

Hub Accelerator is a platform to help members build their ideas from initial concept all the way to scale. Hub staff and members provide ongoing programming to sharpen every component of an idea for change.

Programming aims to further knowledge, develop skills, and achieve results through various structures of engagement - labs, workshops, bootcamps, etc. These programs help members: develop core value propositions, marketing plans, team management, funding structures and strategies, legal and accounting practices, design for impact, market validation, customer and business development, and much more.

Hub Ventures is a 12-week evening program that provides funding and resources to a community of 16 entrepreneurs 34'/.'$7,6"(#&("-*,%"/4*'"$%,6"(,),30**0(,1"(/.:,;9("479,*90,

focused workshops. Upon completion of the program, 3-4 ventures will receive $75,000 in seed funding through a peer selection process that puts the investment decisions into the hands of the cohort. Additionally, participants pitch to top Bay Area Impact Investors at SOCAP Investor Day.

We need new models that blend social and environmental value with economic viability. The system is broken. Together we can build a better alternative. When faced with a task of this magnitude, why not assemble great talent into a common space? Together, we generate new ideas for change. Then we combine tools and resources to transform our ideas into action. We work collaboratively, sharing best practices to inspire and grow. We build and scale together, forming a values-driven, high-performing system that works toward a better world. But where does this take place?

It happens at The Hub.
