Quoted prices are on Ex- works basic price.

Scope:

The scope includes supply of equipment detailed above only.

Following are not included in our scope of supply:-

1. Hardware / clamps / Foundation bolts3. XLPE conductors4. Anything that is not explicitly included in the scope of supply5. The scope also does not include erection and commissioning, electrical inspectorateapproval etc.

2. Taxes and Duties:

The price quoted does not include excise duty, sales tax and any other tax applicable. These

shall be charged extra at the time of dispatch at applicable rates at the time of dispatch. Present

rate of excise duty is @ 10.3% and CST Extra as applicable. In case of ED Exemption the

necessary documents shall be submitted by you and based on benefit the ED waiver shall

be applicable.

3. Terms of payment:

a) 30 % advance along with purchase order and

b) Balance along with duties, taxes etc. against Proforma invoice after inspection and

acceptance at our works but before dispatch from our works.

4. Inspection: Normally equipment will be inspected by our engineer before dispatch. In case

inspection is to be done by your inspecting authority, the same may be intimated to us in

advance.

5. Delivery:

Delivery will be within 16 weeks from the date of receipt of technically and commercially clear

order/ Advance/ Approval of Drawings, whichever is later. Delivery shall be subject to Force

Majeure conditions.

6. Workmanship guarantee:

Equipments offered by us are guaranteed against any manufacturing defects for a period of 18

months from date of supply or 12 months from the date of commissioning, whichever is earlier.We undertake to replace or repair at our option any parts found defective on account of defective

workmanship or defective materials brought to our notice within 12 months from the date of

erection & commissioning or 18 months from the date of delivery whichever is earlier. Any

replacement / repair required to be carried out under the provision of the above guarantee will be

carried out at our option either at our works or at site. The above guarantee will become invalid if

a) The equipment is not operated as per our instructions given in the operation & maintenance

manual

b) The ultimate customer resells the equipment to another party

c) Attempts have been made to service and / or modify the equipment during the warranty

period.

The defect liability under this guarantee period shall be taken by us only for the job done by us. In

case of bought out items, the defect liability will be limited to the guarantee provided by our

principals.

7. Penalty/LD:

All deliveries are given in good faith and we shall not be liable for penalty/LD for late delivery.

Every effort will be sincerely made to stick to the delivery quoted. Delivery commitment is also

subject to Force Majeure conditions.

8. Force Majeure Conditions:

Standard force Majeure clause shall apply.

9. Note on Prices

The prices given are based on the technical specification and bill of materials therein. If during

the course of detailed engineering, it becomes necessary to delete or add a few electrical

components, our prices will be subject to revision after mutual discussions.

Please note that unless other wise agreed upon mutually in writing the Terms & Conditions as

above would only apply and we will not accept any other terms & conditions contrary to the above

printed or otherwise.

10. Insurance:

Transit insurance is not included in our offer. The same can be arranged by us at an extra cost

as applicable (Insurance against damage in transit, pilferage, non delivery or theft, damage,

storage for a period not exceeding 30 days). We are not responsible for transit damage, if

insurance is not covered by us.

11. Validity:

Unless previously withdrawn, this offer is valid for your consideration upto 30 days from the date

of the offer.
