new construction, and project

management, from strategic

planning, local advocacy,

specialists in planning, Capital Fund

Program administration, NSP,

finance and tax credit development,

POLICY REVISION AND

REGULATORY COMPLIANCE

of their local, state, and federal

regulatory requirements for

program compliance, not

limited to HUD reporting, local

grant requirements, personnel,

procurement, strategic plan

updates, revision of codes,

regulations, policies, and

bylaws, and other functional

area as required. We also assist

clients with mandatory HUD

reporting including, LOCCs,

HUD Forms, EPIC, GPNA, Annual

and 5-Year Plans, and more.
