HT-400 & HT-400A High Temperature Thickness Gauge Probes The HT-400 & HT-400A probes are designed for measuring the remaining wall thickness at high temperature (up to 1,000F / 540 C) when process equipment is on-line and can not be shut down. The delay material yields minimum acoustic growth with temperature increase and provides good coupling to materials with irregular

surface conditions. The HT-400 is designed for use on the DM4 family of instruments and the HT-400A is designed for exclusive use on the DMS family of instruments. NOTE : Measurement range is limited by surface temperature, material and coupling factor (thickness measurements of 10.0"/254mm are not obtainable at 1,000 F/540 C). Use at elevated temperatures may require probe cycling.
