    25. CHECK LIST

    1. Check that motor base frame ( solo plate ) is properly grouted / bolted to the foundation.

    2. Check that motor is firmly bolted to the base frame.

    3. Check that motor is free to rotate by hand , without any abnormal sound.

    4. Check the condition of grease in motor bearings.

    5. Check continuity of earthing up to earth riser / grid.

    6. Check Continuity / IR value proper termination at both ends for following points.6.1 Power cable (Including Phase Indication)

    6.2 Space heater cable.

    6.3 Local start/stop station cable.

    7. Check that Motor / Drive is clearly labelled.

    8. Check for cleanliness of Motor & its terminal box.

    9. Check Local start / stop station functionally upto HT Feeder.

    10. Check that Motors and push button stations in hazardous are designed for the same.

    11. Check that Cable glands are properly installed and terminals covers are properly closed.12. Direction of motor from driving end.13. Check speed switch(if provided) upto HT Feeder. 14. Check Space Heater operation from HT feeder.

    26. CHECK STABILITY OF MOTOR DIFFERENTIAL PROTECTION: Current Measured in Motor Differential Relay.

    (i) When Current is injected B/W Uphase & Vphase.Bypassing the Uphase & Vphase winding by putting the loop across the winding.
