Then, after agreeing a provisional timetable for the assignment, we take a two pronged

approach to finding the right person for you:

Advertising. We use a variety of targeted on and offline media – job boards, CV banks, our

own website and print – and would also be happy to include your vacancy in our monthly,

high profile advert in Safety &Health Practitioner.

Database Search. We have one of the most extensive databases of candidates in the

industry and we’ll conduct a tailored search , in line with your criteria, for relevant candidates.

Once we have identified suitable candidates, we use of knowledge of your requirements and

our HSE expertise to interview them – by phone or in person – to ascertain their interest

and assess whether they have the necessary competencies and experience.

From this we will submit a short list of interested, pre-screened candidates from which you

can make the final selection. You don’t want to waste your time reading unsuitable CVs so

we only send you details of people we have already thoroughly screened and interviewed

for your specific role.

Senior Appointments and Retained Search Assignments

On occasion, you may need senior or specialist talent from a limited pool of potential

candidates. Alternatively, you may have a vacancy where discretion is required. Here we

offer an executive search service, using our extensive network of contacts and, once again,

you benefit from our recruitment, industry and HSE exper tise. This will generally be

supplemented by a contingency search of our database as well as confidential internet

advertising – again to widen the talent pool as far as possible.

it be a manager, consultant or advisor for a short or long term contract we are generally able

to supply you with a short list within 24-48 hours.

We will provide advice on market rates, and will work to your budgets, not our targets. We

also minimise administration by keeping candidates on our payroll and charging an agreed
