State of CHSBUA• Proposed Budget 2019 – 2020 –Approved ( Area 1 voted against)

• New Dues for 2020-21 would be increased to $86

• Concerns:

• Areas having their own sub-organizations

• Sub-organizations not providing transparency and financials, maybe not filing income taxes

• The stagnate pool of EC candidates (or change the selection process)

• Need to have new ideas/people join as AD and eventually drive on the EC

• Lack of transparency of our voting system – needs to be independent/verifiable

• My assessment of the risk for CHSBUA is Yellow (We have some risk)
