HYDRAULIC & LUBRICATION SOLUTIONS

1. HISTORY

HS was born in 1987 in Sulbiate (MB).

In HS we design and produce hydraulic

systems useful for different branches: steel

industry , presses , paper industry , glass

industry and energy following the process

during all the productive chain, including the

putting on trial and the final installation.

In 2000 HS got the certification UNI EN ISO

9001.

In 2004 started the process for a vertically

integrated company producing the hydraulic

manifolds.

In 2005 the corporate headquarters of Sulbiate

was enlarged as the request of the market was

continually increasing.

In 2006 HS improved the

production of hydraulic

manifolds, introducing

CNC drilling machines of

next generation

technologies.

1. HISTORY

In 2008 HS improved the technical

skill introducing new software and

project managers. In this particular

case, concerning the design of the

hydraulic manifolds, HS introduced

a software that improve the

effectiveness (zero mistakes), the

efficiency (best sizing), and the

competitiveness (cheaper).

Hs working area cover a surface of

11,000 sqm , 7000 indoor and 4000

outdoor. A photovoltaic field provides

power for our production lines, office

lighting and air-conditioning,

minimizing our impact on the

planet. About 60% of the electric

energy used in the plant is auto-

produced.
