• The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) started its telework program more than 5 years ago with a handful of staff

• Today, more than 800 employees participate in the HRSA telework program

• To meet fiscal and human capital requirements, the Agency is creating an infrastructure that can support a mobile workforce in a changing workspace

What is the Hotel Demonstration Project (HDP)?• Hoteling is an arrangement where frequent

teleworkers use shared space when they are on site

• The HDP is a 12 month program designed to test the viability of hoteling for HRSA employees

• Employees who participate in the HDP:▫ Work from home three to four days a week▫ Utilize a Government-furnished laptop▫ Temporarily relinquish their private office/cubicle space▫ Reserve office space in a shared hoteling office
