Abstract

The main aim of the project is to develop a Human resource

management system for the intranet automation of HR Software.

Human resource management system provides the information

regarding the employees in the company.

The system used to facilitate good interface / communication

facilities between the employees and the HR Administration.



Introduction to

Human Resource Management System

HRMS is a type of information system that is designed to manage

an organization's computerized and automated human resource

(HR) processes.

Human Resource Department always has a tedious work of

maintaining the information about their Employees, company and

handling activities related to Employees.



Why HRMS

To solve all the problems faced by Manual HRD System.

Manages the activities related to Human Resource Department

such as maintaining employee information, processing leave

applications, sanctioning tour applications, computing payrolls

etc.



System Analysis

Problem Analysis:

Some of the problems that the management faces while

working manual HR Management System:

Maintaining Employees’ daily activities to monthly or yearly

activities and sanctioning of leaves is time consuming process.

No security of data/information about the company, employees as

anyone can change the data/information in the registers easily.

There is no back up of information in the existing system if any of

the registers get misplaced or damaged.
