Specific Responsibilities:
Provide day to day administrative and project support to the CEO,CBO and CFO and manage special projects as assigned:
Interact with senior executives, legal counsel, customers and
vendors, potential consultants and corporate partners with a high
degree of professionalism
Make high-level contacts of a sensitive nature inside and outside the
company
Arrange complex meetings, including board meeting packages, and
handle all other meeting material preparation and logistics
Process expense reports and assist with invoices for meetings and
events in a timely fashion
Efficiently manage large copy jobs and scanning of documents for
due diligence projects
Contribute new ideas that help drive
efficiency/integration/revolution of the companys efforts
Prepare presentation materials, cover/introductory letters, contracts,
and other business documents
Timely update contracts databases and file documents

Effectively support and back up other administrative assistants,
especially for high priority meetings, deadlines and deliverables.
Gather all information to complete agreement templates
Anticipate a variety of needs and problems and proactively suggest

Routinely handle internal and external inquiries by screening calls,

Requirements:
BBA or BA/BSc degree is preferred with a minimum of (8) eight
years executive level support experience preferably in the field of
biotechnology and/or pharmaceutical research and development
Recent experience with a smaller entrepreneurial environment is a
definite asset.
Excellent problem solving skills, analytical thinking, and visionary
skills necessary to grow a company are of major importance.
Excellent command of English Grammar and business writing
