HRM activity is directly connected with employees and of some HR policy or function is not done properly, there is a great chance of conflict within organization

There are several sources of conflicts: money, goals, environmental factors, authority and power, nature of work itself.

All in all, if there is a conflict within organization, the human resources department, HR, is the first who acts as a mediator between employees and managers

Human resource management is that part of the process of management that is concerned with the maintenance of human relationships and ensuring the physical well-being of employees so that they give the maximum contribution to efficient working.
