Aim & Thinking of Manger on starting organization On lunching our program we think that we have to provide a such type of education system, which make us different from other organizations, so we chose self motivated and experienced staff. There are a lot of contribution of our staff hard work and their cooperation to understand our aim.
  5. 5. steps organization perform for the encouragement of their employees In organization annual ceremony held .in which we encourage our staff by giving them rewards accordingly their performance And we promote our staff accordingly their performance and merits.

Organization arrange the training workshop for the staff who perform not well, after that if employee can not increase their performance then supervisor take strong action & after two warnings employee spelled out from the organization this training work shop held after two months for two days which schedule is predefined by the Organization.
