However, there is a world of difference between applications that have been extended to have a web interface and those, like Cezanne OnDemand, that were built specifically for theCloud. Cezanne OnDemand was developed from the very start as an international solution. We didn’t bolt on global capabilities, such as support for multiple languages, currencies, data formats, calendars and security roles, but built our product around them. Today, CezanneOnDemand is being used by thousands of employees worldwide and is already available in English, Spanish, Italian, French, German and Portuguese.

Integrated, modular and easy to manage

People sits at the heart of your Cezanne system. It makes it easy to bring together and get more value from all of the employee data you need, from contact information to skills and qualifications, and from training needs to career and compensation history. You can manage multiple org units, divisions or country offices; allow employees to update their own information; give local administrators restricted rights so they can manage their own sub-section of information; and stay on top of legislative require-ments, without losing control over data integrity or security.

People comes complete with innovative social workspaces, an area in your HR system where you can allow everyone to share documents, announcements and links, and invite feedback. You can define public or private groups that target just a selected group (for example, line managers or employees in a specific country), or allow employees to set up their own spaces so they can work together more productively.

Cezanne’s Absence module lets you manage all types of absences, including paid and unpaid leave, sickness, maternity and paternity, jury service and more. You’ll benefit from automatic calculation of entitlements to vacation or PTO based on the rules that you define; intuitive self-service; authorization workflows; inbuilt alerts; and comprehensive reporting. Absences are more visible, policies easier to apply and everyone benefits from a smoother process.

With Cezanne’s Performance module you can set up and manage your complete performance planning and appraisal cycle. Everything you need

With Cezanne OnDemand, you pay a simple monthly subscription fee based on the number of employees managed in the system and the modules you’ve selected (subject to a minimum fee of $200 USD per month). You can have as many HR administrators or self-service users as you want, and they can be in as many countries as you like. There’s no charge for leavers or additional language translations, no hidden costs for data storage or backup, no extra fees for support or for updates to your existing functionality.

Everything included

Your monthly fee covers everything that’s needed to keep your HR sys-tem up and running, including data storage and backups, online support and updates to the modules you’ve purchased. The only additional costs are for training and, should you want assistance from us, enhanced data upload or configuration workshops.

With Cezanne OnDemand you can be up and running in just a day or two. There is no lengthy implementation process or expensive customization project, we’ll just give you your log in and you can get going straight away.

Pay for what you use

You only pay for the number of active employees you manage in the system each month. That means no money wasted on capacity that you don’t actually use. We’ll adjust your billing each month, and confirm the costs to you.
