Admission CoordinatorJob DescriptionJOB TITLE: Admission Coordinator(Officer)LOCATION: Amity Global Business School BangaloreJOB SUMMARY: To coordinate all campus activities pertaining to admissions while working Very closely with other colleagues, Financial Aid, the head coordinator, advisors, and other University personnel's DUTIES & RESPONSIBLITIES:Meeting student who want to join the institution and make them aware of the policies and procedures to be fulfilled. Conducting tests and interviews for interested students. Confirming the admission of students after the preceding process. Conduct follow ups with students in case of admission. Collection of fees.

Make sure documentation of students is done(collecting marks card and other requiredDocuments etc.) Speak to banks regarding student loans in required cases only in behalf of the college.Help in transfer of students to other campuses is required. Help in counseling students on admission to the college. Other duties as assigned by the head.

WORK SCHEDULE: Monday Friday 9 A.M 5 P.M (Flexible)SALARY & INCENTIVES: Will be discussed at the time of interview.MACHINE, TOOLS & EQUIPMENTS: Should be well versed with using Laptop and should beCapable of taking interviews through Skype for students far away.

WORKING CONDITIONS: Friendly and supportive colleagues. Comfortable and peaceful work environment. Individual cabin with A/C facility. Laptop and webcam provided by institution. Free phone provided, and bill would be paid by college for institution related calls. Satisfying incentives. JOB SPECIFICATIONQUALIFICATION: Post graduate degree must. Preference would be MBAs.EXPERIENCE: 5+ years of work experience in the field of admission and recruitment Would be given most preference.

Ability to get along with Supervisors, Co-workers and the public. Should be willing to accept responsibilities and extra work if assigned. Reading. Writing and computing skills necessary to do the job. Willingness to follow institution policies and procedures. Willingness to work with others as a team. Should be a hard and smart worker.AGE: Not be disclosed.INTERPERSONEL SKILLS: Should be very effective and a efficient communicator. Should be very friendly and calm. Should be an active listener and must be able to answer questions perfectly. Should be well disciplined. Should be flexible. Should be confident and motivated. KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS: Must be fluent with English language. Must be able to work with MS Office. Must be able to work on a computer. Must have maximum knowledge about the admission process and recruiting. Must have excellent organizational and time management skills. Should be able to handle stress under any circumstance. Should be in a situation to work for extended hours if required. Should not be addicted to drugs during work hours.
