2018 is a historic date. It is the centenary of regaining independence by Poland. However, this is not the only important anniversary! On 18th-19th October in Stara Zajezdnia in Kraków, we will be celebrating the fifth, jubilee edition of the HR in Business and IT Service Centres Conference. This year, during the countrywide forum for managers and key specialists from business and IT service centres, we will take you for a ride to the farthest corners of HR. During this year’s edition, entitled “A Streetcar Named… HR”, we will visit the following four subject districts: Recruitment, Wellbeing, Leader Development and Diversity Management. In each of the districts, you will find varied stops related to HR practice, business and inspiration perspective.

During our trip, we will find out why traditional recruitment methods are not enough, how to create effective EVP, why wellbeing at workplace is so important, how to take care of leaders’ development so that they took care of company’s development, and how to manage diversity so that no-one in the organisation feels disregarded.

Acknowledged experts, HR professionals and corporate world inspirators, will share with you their expertise and experience. Among the speakers will be Barbara Wawrzynek, Rahim Blak, Sylwia Królikowska, Marek Grodziński, and many others. Our event is also the opportunity for Attendees to exchange their experience. Certainly, there will be time for networking and socialising.
