We are now developing a new business model across the life cycle of our products, from sourcing, to manufacturing, through to consumer use and disposal. We believe that a business model based on sustainable growth will give us real competitive advantage with our customers and our consumers. It will help us to attract and retain the best people to work for us, help make Unilever a great place to work, and will also force us to drive necessary innovation right across the value chain. We cannot achieve all this on our own. It will require partnerships among communities of interest: with governments, NGOs, suppliers, retailers and others to address the big challenges that face us all. Most importantly, we believe that through our brands we can help and inspire billions of consumers to take small everyday actions that can add up to a big difference for the world, and together make sustainable living commonplace. Apprentice Program

Training & development is an integral part of life at Unilever & there are many ways in which you can develop your skills, both professional & personal while building your capability for a potential role with us.

The Apprentice Program is a 12-month on-the-job training curriculum, open to qualified new college graduates.Through this program, Unilever seeks to build a pipeline of new graduate talents who could potentially assume a direct hire role in the company, or a slot in the Unilever Future Leaders Program (UFLP).

Unilever Future Leaders Program (UFLP)

Designed to turn talented graduates into managers, our programme will allow you to experience more in two to three years than you ever thought possible.

UFLP looks for fresh graduates who will lead Unilever’s talented workforce into the future. The graduates we recruit today will become our leaders of the future. They must want to win more consumers, more brand loyalty, and make more great products. They must have a growth mindset, consumer and customer focus, bias for action, and embrace accountability and responsibility. More importantly, they must stay hungry for success.
