It is a great pleasure to welcome you to CIS Training Center. We hope that our services will be a rewarding and useful experience for you, and your foundation’s work.

The training Center ‘s mission is to provide exceptional knowledge and training to all qualified professionals, thus, your organization can be more competitive, successful and definitely maintain new infrastructure and adapt it for the future.

CIS Training Center is HP Authorized and partners certified. The training courses provided will equip you with the acquaintance and knowledge needed to use advanced techniques and deliver technical information that gives you ability to achieve your goals and to keep you abreast of new technologies. Furthermore, you will be able to possess additional necessary skills to build solutions.

This Brochure content highlights the basic training services, the Center is offering in Lebanon and should you need any customized services, our coordinator will be pleased to assist you.

Training Services: Methodology

CIS Educational Services offer training solutions to help corporate customers effectively master and maintain the skills and knowledge needed to achieve their targets and goals in business.

CIS Training Center methodology is not a brief exercise, but it is a project by itself that begins by knowing and studying customer’s goals and needs. Based on this, we recommend the right curriculum depending on the situation; this could range from a single course to a complete curriculum of offerings tailored to customer’s needs. In addition, CIS coordinates the logistics associated with delivering the courses. CIS classrooms provide a comfortable learning atmosphere with access to any necessary hardware and software.

More than 80% of current training provided to corporate customers takes place at CIS training Center as it complements CIS offerings of total solution and mainly the usage of equipments using the necessary tools in labs environment.

CIS Training Team in charge of conducting the training sessions, are highly experienced and competent engineers, with years of instructional and on-field experience in different products. These instructors are practitioners who have a wealth of real life and a professional vision of projects based experience; in other words, they are IT experimented with many years of working experience. As such, they understand the practical IT issues confronting an organization and can ensure that technical skills gained on a course can be directly applied in the workplace.

Their background enables them to achieve real-life experience to the classrooms so they can provide knowledge and a streamlined, efficient, and high-quality service offered to the customers.

Upon training completion, CIS reviews student evaluation and on-site feedback forms extensively to ensure a continuous development of quality and stay in touch with the needs of its attendees.

Registration for courses: It shall be sent in writing (letter, fax, e-mail) to CIS training center. Reservations can be made by telephone, but shall only be taken into account if a written registration is received by CIS training center within seven calendar days. The registration shall not become binding for CIS until a written confirmation of registration is issued.

Courses Materials: are provided to us by Hp Europe through Hp Dubai and other accredited partners.

Seminars time & Location: Courses are given between 9.00a.m. till 5.00p.m. Notifications of any changes shall be provided in good time. All courses are provided at CIS Training Center premises.

Attendance certificates: for HP courses attendance certificates are prepared and signed by the Education Services Manager at the Hp Middle East Headquarter in Dubai according to the attendance sheet prepared in Beirut on the first day of the course.

Accommodation and Hospitality: the price paid by the candidate is for the course tuition only, in addition, at the training center we offer 2 coffee breaks and 1 lunch while the breakfast is offered at the hotel. The candidate has to bear his accommodation charges - hotel fees, the visa, the transportation tariffs as well as any other extra charges related to his stay in Lebanon.

Payment and Discounts: Courses must be paid in full to CIS Training Center on or before the first day of course commencement unless the buyer has a CIS account. Where Buyer fails to pay any sum when due, then CIS may discontinue performance under these terms. Discounts for reserving minimum training volumes shall be granted by CIS Training Center on a case by case review. Cancellation: for HP courses, cancellation shall not be subject to charge if notice is received in writing by HP Education 10 working days (not including Sundays) prior to the commencement of the course. In the event of cancellations by customers which are received less than 10 working days prior to the commencement of the course (not including Sundays) or if the Customer does not attend, the Customer shall pay the full price. In such event, instead of cancellation the Customer shall be entitled to send a replacement to attend the course reserved by the Customer without any additional charge.
