Introduction

If you’re wondering, “Sino ba si Jon Orana?” – let me introduce

myself.

I am a husband and a proud father of three boys. I am the CEO

and founder of Negosyo University where we teach different

programs and courses on entrepreneurship. I am also a business

coach and a marketing consultant, an

entrepreneurship advocate, and I am an

8-year internet entrepreneur.

Now, before we start I want to be

CRYSTAL CLEAR and transparent with you.

What I am going to teach you is not a

get-rich-quick scheme. Okay? You still

need to work but I’ll teach you how to

work smart. What I am about to teach you

is not an MLM or a pyramiding scheme;

rather, I’ll be talking about serious

internet business where you get 100% of

the profits.

What I’m talking about here are: your own product, your own e-

Book and your own business where you are the real boss. I am not

promising that you will become an instant millionaire, though

you can definitely become a millionaire in this business. The

truth is, if you don’t do what I am about to share with you, you

will not make even a cent in this business.

“Kahit singkong duling, hindi ka kikita sa negosyong ito unless

kumilos ka.”

And how fast you’re going to make money is completely up to you.

You can make money maybe in 30 days, or maybe some in a year.

That is completely up to you. You can make more than you are

targeting depending on your own choices.

Now, what you’re about to read is not a regular report; in this

writing, I’ll reveal the tricks on how I sold 24 Million Pesos

of e-books in the last 36 months. I will share the step-by-step

Page 4: How+To+Start+An+e-Book+Business+v3

on how I did it; and how you can do it too. But then, again, it

is all up to you.

My Journey To Multimillion Peso Business

Back in 1999, I graduated from Adamson University. After working

for a year or so, I realized the limitations of being an

employee:

Limitations in income

Limitations of what I can do

So, after a few years, I got tired of my 8 to 5 job. Every

morning, I drag my feet to work; hoping na sana alas-5 na at

hoping na sana mas mahaba ang bakasyon.

One day, a friend shared to me a book called “Rich Dad, Poor

Dad” and he talked about starting a business and real estate;

investing. This made me realize that I want to become an

entrepreneur.

While working as a full-time employee, I started different

businesses, different traditional businesses. During those

times, I never really had success in business. So, I thought I

should quit my job and go full time in business. At yun na nga

ang ginawa ko. I quit on my job and started on a traditional

business.

Isang malaking pagkakamali.

I lost millions and also had millions in debt. And then, another

friend shared to me an internet business. He shared to me

different business models on the internet. But what interests me

though is the e-Book business; because I myself love, I love to

read.

So, I said, you know, maybe I should try this e-Book business.

What happened was, after I started that internet business, it

didn’t take long that I doubled my income. I managed to escape

my corporate job, and I sold over 24 million pesos of e-Books in

36 months.

Then, in 2011, I decided to do coaching and consulting sa ating

mga aspiring entrepreneurs. So, that’s how I started. That is

Page 6: How+To+Start+An+e-Book+Business+v3

basically what you need to know about me before we start going

through the rest of this writing.

Now, let us start talking about…

“The World’s Easiest and Most Profitable

Product To Create And Sell Online”

Let us talk about why e-Book.

First off, the most basic of question - what is an e-Book? An e-

Book is an electronic version of a printed book that can be read

on a computer, cell phone, iPhone, tablets and other mobile

devices. So, why am I so excited and passionate about teaching

you guys about e-Book?

Virtually, 100% profit margin; because an e-Book cost nothing to

print as it is an electronic file.

So, hindi kinakailangan pumunta ng printing press to print it.

It is a digital file. It is simple and inexpensive to product.

For the same reason, dahil nga digital file lang siya, once you

print an e-Book, you can print multiple times, unlimited times

without you costing anything.

And your initial expense is just a few thousand pesos; and if

you happen to be gifted with special skills, kung creative ka

pa, you can even spend next to none.

You see, you can deliver e-Book automatically; there is no

manual labor compared to a physical book that you have to go to

a shipping company and ship the book to the customer. There is

manual labor. The e-Book, which I am going to show to you later,

you can deliver it automatically.

No printing cost, zero storage cost and a very low

overhead cost.

Page 7: How+To+Start+An+e-Book+Business+v3

If you would like to start a business and if you are looking for

a business, that you don’t need much capital with a high (really

high) profit margin, we are talking about an e-Book business.

Do you know that an e-Book has higher perceived value compared

to regular books?

E-Books are typically less than half the length of regular

books, yet they sell two or three times more. Most books na

ibinibenta sa Amazon.com are around $10; I sell mine at about

$27.

It is easy to sell because customers can access the information

in five minutes after the purchase so they don’t have to wait

for their book to arrive because in just a few minutes, they

would receive it in their email or they would be able to

download it in their computer.

Great, isn’t it? Customers love it because it is cheap and they

don’t need to pay extra for shipping costs. And maybe, you know

these facts about e-Book already; for all I know, you already

have your own collections of e-Books.

How I Discovered This Low-Risk Business

I would like to tell you the whole story on how I discovered

this highly-profitable and low-risk business.

Remember my story a while back? When I was pretty much bankrupt

and “baon sa utang,” a friend presented to me an internet

business. As I said, ang interest ko po ay napunta sa e-Book

(though there are different business models sa internet at that

time) because I love e-Book and I myself is a customer who buys

e-Book.

But the question at that time was, sabi ko sa sarili ko,” the

problem is I am not a writer.” Hindi ako marunong magsulat

talaga, English writing pa, di lalo na.”

With my first e-Book, what I did was I simply made a compilation

of Bible verses grouped by topics. Let us say, Bible verses

Page 8: How+To+Start+An+e-Book+Business+v3

about youth, Bible verses about birthdays, Bible verses about

our relationships, about marriage – topic-dependent chapters.

What I did was I took Bible verses from King-James-version Bible

because King-James-version Bible, for those who doesn’t know it,

doesn’t have copyright.

It is in public domains, so anybody can just do whatever they

want to do and use the King James Bible passages anywhere and

anytime. I pretty much categorized my first e-Book; or what they

call, the topical.

I grouped topics together and turned them into an e-Book.

During those times, there was not a lot of topical websites to

choose from. So, that was my first e-Book; a copy-paste e-Book.

Then, during the process when I was about to sell it, I was

thinking;

“Ibebenta ko ba talaga to?”

“Gagawin ko ba talaga to?”

Basta sinsabi ko sa sarili ko wala naman mawawala, hindi naman

ako mamatay siguro kung ibebenta ko to, right? In my mind,

available lang ito sa internet. It is just that I grouped them

up together. Parang pinadali ko lang sa iba yung paghanap nang

mga Bible verses per specific topic. So, that was what I did.

So, I launched it around 11:45 PM of August 4, 2008, and sold it

for $17.

My Very First e-Book Sale

And, here is where the results are:

The following day, I woke up, had my breakfast, turned on my

laptop – my computer, and I saw that two customers bought my e-

Book; and that month, I made $242 in profits. Here’s the

screenshot:

Page 9: How+To+Start+An+e-Book+Business+v3

That was the beginning of everything; and as I have said, I sold

24 million pesos in the last 36 months.

And it all started with this simple e-Book collection of Bible

verses.

What I would like to share with you is a matter na maraming

nagtatanong regarding e-Books;

“But Jon, you know, marami nang information online sa internet.”

Okay, given. Why would people buy an e-Book if they can search

Google and find what they are looking for?

What you need to know is when people search something sa

website, sa internet, sa Google or Yahoo, they don’t immediately

find the information they are looking for, right? They have to

search more, read more, read websites after websites and all of

that. That is why my #1 Trade Secrets of e-Book business is;

Secret #1

People will give you money if you help them save time

Page 10: How+To+Start+An+e-Book+Business+v3

Kung tutulungan mo sila maka-save ng time with your e-Book,

because instead of them searching, instead of them wasting

precious time, you can just provide what they need in the form

of an e-Book; and that simply says –

Here are information you are looking for.

Everything you have to know is in this e-Book.

All that you need are written here.

So, you are not just giving people information but you are in a

business of helping people find a solution fast. So your e-Book

is not just about content but is a time saver. That is the truth

of the matter in doing e-Book business.

Secret # 2

People are willing to pay more for a solution

to a specific problem

And the #2 Trade Secrets of e-Book business is; people are

willing to pay more for a solution to a specific problem. What

do I mean? Yung mga “How-To” information – it is the easiest and

most profitable to sell. Katulad yan, for example, ng;

How to Pay Off Your Credit Card Debt

How to Train Your Dog

How To Become A Public Speaker

How To Study The Bible

How To Speak French

How To Boost Your Confidence With Women

These are examples of specific problems that you have solutions

for.

You have to realize that that you cannot just create a book ng

ganun-ganun lang - which is a big mistake by many. They just

create a book which has general information. It would be

Page 11: How+To+Start+An+e-Book+Business+v3

difficult to sell those kinds of books. The most profitable, as

I have said, yung mga “How-To” information.

You can just simply share your own how-to technique, like real-

life lessons you have learned. It could be on how to become a

responsible teenager and still rock – kung ano ang alam mo na

may kahulugan at pwede mo i-share at ituro sa iba when they buy

your e-Book.

You just have to take note na reputasyon mo bilang e-Book author

na maging reliable at totoo ang information na isi-share mo sa

how-to e-Books mo kasi gagayahin nila ang mga isusulat mo dun.

You have that responsibility to be as accurate and real with

these types of e-Books. How-to e-Books are instructional, so

readers are instructed to do as the writer says. That is the

power of these types of e-Books and people pay for these tricks

and techniques that you can share with them.

You see, it is a fact on how many actors and actresses there are

all over the world, but only a few actually make it into the

international scene. That’s what e-Book writing is all about,

you have to stand-out and you have to be the best in it.

Impossible? I don’t think so.

The 3rd Trade Secret of e-Book business that I would share with

you is how and when people pay more for e-Books. Meron bang

ganun? May mga willing magbayad ng may kamahalang e-Book? Bakit

naman nila gagawin yun? Atsaka paano yun?

Okay, let me get straight to the point:

Secret #3

People will pay more for these 10 in-demand topics

May mga in-demand na topics na talagang mabenta. Yung laging

hinahanap ng mga readers. These topics can be seasonal or

depending on the current trend. Meron din namang all-time best-

seller topics. It’s important for you guys to get this –

Page 12: How+To+Start+An+e-Book+Business+v3

Whatever e-Book that you are going to start with, it has to

start with these top ten topics.

It is very, very important that you start in these categories so

you will instantly have an edge in attracting people to look at

your e-Book covers and get intrigued to actually buy them. Let

me share these top ten topics with you.

a) Saving and making money: Any book or topic that can help

people save money or make money; it is all about the money.

Just to be clear. When I say “save”, hindi ibig sabihin e

mag-ipon. Save I mean, makatipid.

b) Time Management: If you search at Amazon.com, there are

around 4900 books on time management because it is

something that everyone needs. Most people feel they don’t

have enough time.

c) Sex and relationships: If you can give advice, enhance

communication skills for men who are torpe, matutulungan

mong lumapit sa kanilang hinahangaang babae, something like

that, mga dating advice and all that, that will work a

spell.

d) Investing and trading: Isa ring topic ito that will

definitely generate income for you. That’s why there are

many Facebook groups, forums, and seminars on this topic.

e) Collecting: Yung mga collectors are one of the hungriest

markets because they actually invest time and money to look

and acquire what they are looking for.

f) Hobbies: When you say hobbies, it could be playing guitar,

basketball, something like that. You’ll see many magazines

on this sa National Bookstore.

g) Marketing: One industry that I am also in. Marketing is

helping businesses on how to market their services, their

products and all that, their website.

Page 13: How+To+Start+An+e-Book+Business+v3

h) Small business advice: One industry that I am also in. Tips

and tricks on how to grow a business.

i) Self-help books: Things like how to lose weight, how to

communicate better, how to get a better job, etc.

j) Pets: Ito yung mga categories na ang mga tao, within these

categories, they are willing to spend money. There are

extremely expensive carrier bags for dogs. Pet owners will

spend ridiculous amount of money for their pets.

One very important thing in selling e-Books is you have to

realize one thing – hindi ikaw ang customer. Baka sasabihin mo,

“bakit ka nag-spend money on this and that?” Hindi ikaw ang

customer, okay? Ikaw ang seller, wag ka maging skeptic sa sarili

mong produkto. Maybe you are thinking, “I am not going to spend

money on pets.” Pero hindi ikaw ang customer and it is a fact

that these are the categories that sell. This is the step one if

you are thinking, “Jon, ano ba ang topic.” These are the

answers.

Three Simple Steps to Success

Now, let us talk about the three simple steps to a successful e-

Book business. I have squeezed these three simple steps to make

things easier for all of us. I had to be more straight-to-the-

point and brief in this area para mas maalala nating lahat.

1. Know what people want.

2. Create an e-Book based on what they want.

3. Sell it to them.

We will talk about these in details; these steps one, two and

three. Obviously, step one is know what people want. They say;

“Common sense lang iyan, Jon.”

Page 14: How+To+Start+An+e-Book+Business+v3

Yes, it is given. Sure, it is common sense. Not a brainer,

right? But let me tell you one thing about step one; know what

people want –

”It is common sense but it is not common practice.”

People are selling information because they say that they are

passionate about certain topics and then they write a book and

when they try to sell it they realize;

“How come people are not buying it?”

The classic mistake of being conceited - they did not do the

first step; which is knowing what people want, and not the other

way around. People doesn’t want to buy your story, they want to

buy theirs. They want to pay you so they can make their own

story with the help of your e-Book. So, let us talk about that.

You see, this e-Book business, this internet business that I am

sharing to you, guys; this is the foundation of everything. This

is a quote from Zig Ziglar. He said that;

“You can have everything in life you want, if you will just help enough other people get what they want.” – Zig Ziglar

Kung makakatulong ka, mas maraming tao kang matutulungan, mas

malaki ang kikitain mo.

Think about it: Hindi ba ganoon din ang mga negosyo? If you

think about the billionaires sa Pilipinas, right? You have Henry

Sy of Shoemart or SM Malls. Ilang milyong Pilipino ang

sineselbehan nila?

Jollibee, Tony Tan Caktiong, it is the same thing, founder of

Jollibee. Ilang milyong Pilipino ang pinagsisilbihan nila araw-

araw through their restaurants?

You get what I mean? The more people you can serve the better.

The foundation of this business is about helping people find

information and solution to their problem.

Page 15: How+To+Start+An+e-Book+Business+v3

Here are the three steps to succeed in this business.

1. Know what people want

I shared with you that step one is to know what people want.

So, here are the four simple steps –these are specific steps

by the way.

a. Go to online discussion forums or Facebook groups.

Sa mga hindi alam, ang online forums, ang example niyan

is PinoyExchange.com. I used that exchange primarily

because sila yung pinakamalaki sa Pilipinas.

But, you can go to any forums from any part of the world.

You just search for online forums or public discussion

forums. Marami pong lalabas diyan.

In this business hindi ka lang limitado sa Pinoy na

pagsisilbihan mo, you can serve different people, you can

serve anyone from different parts of the world. I myself

have customers from all over the world.

b. The next step is to select a category or topic.

At PinoyExchange, if you go there, you will see Personal

Investing and Money, right? If you will remember, sa top

ten in-demand topic natin, one of the topics is there.

Making Money, remember? Investing and Personal Finance?

So, ito po iyon. Pasok siya. So, if you go there, you

will see under Business and Careers, you will see

Personal Investing and Money Management. All you have to

do is go there.

c. The step is to find their top ten wants, desires or

frustrations.

So, doon sa discussion forums, alin sa mga pinagusapan

nila yung mainit, yung maraming tao ang involved? And

here are some of the things I have found and I only did

Page 16: How+To+Start+An+e-Book+Business+v3

this in maybe ten minutes. In ten minutes, I can create

an e-Book already.

2. Create an e-Book based on what they want.

Once you chose a topic, read along and find everything you

need to write your e-Book. Here is the number one I have found

at Pinoyexchange.com

You see, this alone should tell me that people are looking for

information about credit cards and managing their credit cards

or how to get out of the credit card debt, right? Yung may

nakukulong ba talaga, you know, mga legal matters sa credit

card.

So, what we need to do when you go to the forum or say a

Facebook group for example, tingnan ninyo ang mga pinagusapan

nang mg tao. Ano yung madalas nilang pinaguusapan? Ano yung

mga desires nila? Ano yung mga wants, frustrations? Get the

top ten. Sampu lang ang kailangan mo. If you can get more,

that is okay. But just get the top ten. Yung mga ma-iinit lang

na usapan. Okay?

So you now know what people want and you already picked your

top ten topics. It is now time to sell your e-Book to them.

And how do you do that?

Page 17: How+To+Start+An+e-Book+Business+v3

Decide on the outline of each e-Book and once you have started

to outline your e-Book based on what people want, that is how

you are going to sell your e-Book to them; feed them with

their own needs.

3. Sell it to them

It is now time to feed your future customers with their own

needs.

Once you have the top ten, use those top wants or yung desires

or frustrations nila as a ten chapter of your book. And that

is basically how you decide on what to write and how to write

them.

So, for example, dito sa step three natin, may nakukulong ba

sa hindi pagbabayad ng credit card. That can be a one chapter

of your book. Let us say that the topic is about the legal

matters in your credit card bill. That is a chapter of the

book where in that chapter; you will talk about legalities

about the credit card. Number two chapter, maybe another

chapter would be credit card features and terms.

Maybe in that chapter you can share secrets ng mga credit card

companies. May mga tinatago ba sila sa atin? Mga features and

terms nila. Baka meron mga sudden charges sila or sino ba ang

mas malalaki. Malalaking magcharge ng credit card. Those

things that they want to know.

Number three and another chapter in your book can be

application declined. So, you can have a chapter, that can be

just a few pages, minimum ilalagay doon one to two when your

application was declined or how to get approval from a credit

card company.

Another chapter can be, best and worst credit card issuing

banks. Here you go. Try to populate a list of different banks,

parang your own reviews ng mga different credit cards. That

alone is already four chapters.

You can search more, but these are just examples, ang

sinasample ko lang by the way is based on Filipino needs na

Page 18: How+To+Start+An+e-Book+Business+v3

kinakailangan ng mga tao dito sa Pilpinas, but you do not have

to, kung baga huwag e-limitahan ang business mo sa

Philippines. This is just an example.

You can easily figure these things out once you follow every

single step that I am sharing with you. I am a living proof of

what I am telling you and I am telling you proven steps that I

myself have taken and experienced, succeeded in and conquered.

What’s Next?

So, congratulations. You now have an e-Book na pwede mong gawing

title:“How to Master the Credit Card Game.” And we did it in

just ten minutes while we were going through the previous

chapter. It was so easy, right?

But the key here is you do not want to create an e-Book without

doing your research first. The key to a best-selling e-Book is

finding what people want and give it to them, right? Paano mo

bang mabilis ibenta ang tubig sa taong nauuhaw? Nauuhaw na nga

di ba? Sure na bibili yan, kaso, paano kung gusto niya ng

softdrinks?

You see, I do not care kung meron kang pinakasarap na burger sa

buong mundo na made ng beef, 100% beef, fresh beef from Canada o

kahit pa from the moon. Ang problema, binibenta mo ito sa mga

vegetarian. It does not work. Hindi mo pwedeng ipilit ang gusto

mo sa ayaw nila.

And what I am trying to highlight here is you want to sell a

product people would like to buy and that alone, this tip alone

na ibinigay ko sa inyo, this will dramatically increase your

chances to succeed. This will double and even triple your

income; selling has become easier this way.

Maraming nag-email sa akin, they already have an e-Book pero

hindi nila maibenta. The question is, is that book in-demand? Do

people really want that book?

Are they interested in this kind of book or the book that you

have?

Page 19: How+To+Start+An+e-Book+Business+v3

So, now, let us talk about, “okay, Jon, you will help me create

an outline of the book, this and that – how to create an e-Book

without writing a single sentence.”

Alam ko isa sa mga questions, “Jon hindi ako writer. You know.

Email pa lang hirap na hirap ako eh, noh, Ang alam ko lang is

where na you, noh. Where na you? Dito na me.”

Yun lang ang kaya mong gawin?

Okay, no worries. You cannot write. In the years that I had been

selling and I sold millions of pesos of e-Book, kahit isang

libro doon, hindi ko sinulat, and I am going to tell you why;

Because I hired someone else to do the writing for me.

And here are some recommended outsourcing websites. Okay? Number

one diyan is 199Jobs per our friend Fitz Villafuerte. The reason

I like this site is this is really local. Ito ay gawa ng

Pilipinas at maraming Pilipino writers. You can pay someone for

just 200 pesos for an article. That is how cheap it is. Ano pa

bang negosyo na mas mumura pa ba sa 200 pesos? Right?

Another option, marami na rin akong na-hire sa Elance.com. One

of writers who wrote a lot of articles for me back then is still

within my network and connection and she knows that I know what

I am talking about because I have been here in this business for

a long time.

But anyway, Elance is most popular place to find a freelance

writer. Do not go to the websites right now. Save it for later.

Focus muna tayo ditto sa pagbabasa para wag mawala yung momentum

ng pagbabasa mo. Okay?

ODesk.com. Isa rin kilala ito dahil maraming Filipino writers

available. They can write books for you. What you need to

understand is you have to at least create your own outline based

on one of your top ten topics.

All you have to do is give these top ten topics or chapters of

your book, give to the freelance writer and they are going to do

all the research and all the writing for you.

So, hindi ka magsusulat. Maybe isusulat mo lang ang pangalan mo

as the author or maybe isusulat mo lang yung topic at outline.

Page 20: How+To+Start+An+e-Book+Business+v3

You, of course, have to decide kung ano man yung magiging title

ng libro mo but, that is pretty much it. You do not have to

write. If you can write, then that is way better. So, if you can

write your own, that is good. But, if you cannot, hire someone

else to do it for you.

How To Sell Your e-Book

Now, let us talk about, “Okay, Jon, we have created an outline.

We found the book the people love to write. Okay, I hired the

freelance writer to do it for me. How can I sell my book?” It is

simple. There are different ways to do this but here is my

advice for you when you are just starting.

Join the community and sincerely help people.

When we say community, ito po yung mga online forums, Facebook

groups. Sa Facebook group, normally my specific topic na iyan.

Let us say yung OFW UsapangPiso, they are talking about

investing in business in there. Join there. Be part of the

conversation. Be helpful. Makakatulong ka. Kanina pinaguusapan

natin yung credit card topics.

There is a forum there. Join the discussion and at the end, sa

mga forums po kasi, there is like a signature at the bottom of

your messages. You can always, you are not going to spam people

but every after your message, you can just put your name and

then a link to your e-Book or website of your e-Book. That is a

very effective trick on advertising your own e-Book.

So, you will be part of the community, they are going to know

you, they are going to like you, they are going to trust you

because you are not a salesman but you are really a part of the

community and just trying to help people, right. They are going

to click on that website or the link to your website and they

are going to see your e-Book.

The first step natin is we created the book that they want.

Okay? Guess what will happen when they click on the link. They

are going to see the e-Book and the answers to all the questions

that they have. So, you are naturally attracting people to your

Page 21: How+To+Start+An+e-Book+Business+v3

business. You do not need to exert so much effort of being a

salesman.

Ayaw natin na makita tayo na maging salesman ng sarili nating

produkto.

We want to be a leader. We want to be a friend. We want to be a

companion on the same cause and a colleague. There is integrity

in having a confidence in your own product by being confident

that you are a reliable person. You have to know what you speak.

And that is the first step on how are you going to sell your e-

Book: give yourself a character and make yourself known to your

target market.

What’s in it for Me?

I have shared and answered the most basic questions so I will be

answering some essential questions to start wrapping up this

writing. Tatapusin natin itong e-Book na ito na nasagot na yung

mga basic questions at naalis na yung confusion niyo.

“Jon, I’ve been subscribed to your quite some time. I have a lot

of questions.”

Let us start answering them:

“I am just wondering about the money that I’ll be needing to

invest to your online business. What are the risks?”

Compare what I am teaching you right now to say buying a

franchise. If you do a simple one, like Potato Corner,

nagbebenta ng French fries, it may cost you at least 200,000

pesos to invest in a franchise at limited ka pa. They are not

telling you that in franchise you will not make any money with

the first franchise. You need another one and another one and

another one.

I know because I became a consultant for restaurants and yung

mga restaurant owners, they are not making money with just one

restaurant. They have to put another branch and another branch

and another branch.

Why? Because in a restaurant, sa mga hindi pa po nakaka-alam,

meron yang tinatawag na three-mile radius. Anong ibig sabihin?

Yung target customers ng isang restaurant ay within one mile

lang and limitado lang.

What I am saying is kung nakatira o nagtatrabaho ka sa

Valenzuela or sa Pampanga, okay, hindi ka na pupunta sa Laguna

para maghapunan. Ang layo noon, right? So, hindi siya yung

target market mo. Malayo na.

In other words, limitado ka lang sa one mile. Yun lang yung mga

tao na pu-pwede mong ma-accommodate, yun lang yung pu-pwede mong

mapagsilbihan. Kaya ang taas ng risk. You invest a lot of money

sa restaurant and then limitado lang ang customers mo.

Unlike online, if you know how to write, you don’t even have to

spend one peso siguro. If you can’t write, you have to hire

writers; but just like few thousand pesos. I already mentioned

that with just 200 pesos, someone will write an article for you.

So cheap – extremely small investment but the profit is so high.

So what are the risks? Very low; talagang mababa lang ang risk

for this kind of business.

Make that Sale

Some of the things that is driving traffic is through Facebook,

paid advertising. I don’t want to go into the details but those

are some of the things that you can do.

But the point, do not make a mistake na gagawa ka ng e-Book only

to realize walang gustong bumili, because traffic will be very

easy. Kasi kahit meron kang 1 million website visitors pero

hindi naman sila interesado dahil hindi nila gusto, it won’t

help even if you have a lot of traffic.

How did you set up your website?

I know some of sa inyo, “Jon, hindi naman ako magaling sa

computer. Paano ba itong mga setup ng website na ito?”

Page 23: How+To+Start+An+e-Book+Business+v3

There’s a website called wordpress.com. You sign up there and

they’re going to give you a free website. It will take just

seven minutes and you have your own website or blog. So don’t

worry about the technicalities of the website. Napakadali lang

po at libre na lang ang mga websites ngayon.

And the payment?

My advice to you is use PayPal – paypal.com.

Sign up there. Basically after you sign up, they’re going to ask

for your bank account information. So what will happen is after

you’ve signed up, after you’ve verified your bank account,

they’re going to give you a link or tool that when you’re going

to sell an e-Book for $10 there will be a button on your site

that when a customer clicks on that button, it will go to the

payment processing of the credit card. So sila na yung bahala.

PayPal na yung bahala magprocess ng payment. So, you do not have

to worry about the technicalities, the legalities and all that.

So, ang gagawin naman ng PayPal, once na may nagbayad, they are

going to deposit to your bank account. That is how it works.

Hindi siya komplikado. Napakasimple lang, you just have to know

the foundations and the basics. That’s it!

There you go my friend. In just 23 pages I revealed to you the

blueprint on how to start an e-book business.

Now it’s time for you to take action.

To your freedom,
