How will volunteering with UNDP help you in your future career objectives?

I was born in a town, I have seen sufferings of women and their results in society the base of all these problems is the people themselves do not realise that they are being exploited and social shackle not let them budge.Though I have not suffered extremes of such situation but little effects of this has been endured by everyone here. How many times their well thought out plans are not given weightage and they obey whatever they are asked to do. And in turn this has had far reaching effects on society in large. Males come out dominating and girls sufferers because of their upbringing. So my main objective through your project would be to bring equality and improve the upbringing of next generation.I had done b.tech in computer science and have remained an enthusiast of technology so I would be able in finding out where we can use technology. I have prepared for civil services last year. I couldnt get through but I had a bigger view of the country and its current situation. So I would like to work at the basics now and further it will make me to take decision what can I do more for the society.
