A thesis statement representing the main idea of the essay should contain
one or two sentences. A 5 paragraph essay is a classical way of writing an essay. Another name
for it is a hamburger format of an essay.
After the introduction, every paragraph of your essay should contain an idea, an example and make sure each idea of yours coincide with a thesis
statement of your essay.
Avoid sudden drops. Be sure what you say in your essay sounds smoothly. Start with some general information writing an introductory paragraph. Do not include too many details avoiding overloading with information.

the paragraphs of your essay.There is a huge variety of them:
• Furthermore; • In addition; • In fact;

An essay has its final section, which is called conclusion. Remind of your thesis statement. Do not copy paste it but
restate. Do not include any new information in this section otherwise you
risk to confuse your readers. Use active voice.

Choosing a topic, make sure you know it well enough to write on
it. Provide with a few strong
arguments to support your thesis statement and each idea you
give in the paragraphs.

conclusion”. This is such a cliché. Make sure there is no plagiarism
