How to verify your account:

2. Select your Account Type (Personal or Company) and click

3. Please complete the form and ensure that all details are accurate. The information submitted must match the ID and proof of address documents you provide in the following step.

- International Passport (double page)- National ID Card (both sides)- Permanent Driver's License (both sides)

4. To continue the verification process, you need to prepare following documents

1) A clear and unexpired government issued ID (with your photo), consisting of one of the following:

2) A clear, non-electronic, proof of address (within 3 months) document that meets the following requirements:

- Bank Statement- Utility Bill for utilities consumed at your home address- Tax Return, Property Tax Bill- Election/Voters ID

How to verify your account:

Please note that:1) Documents should be in colour, clear and visible in their entirety; and2) Proof of residency document must be a scanned image of a paper document, not an electronic substitute. 3) Electronic versions of proof of address (for example, e-bills) can not be accepted.

5. When you have all the documents ready, please select the files and click to upload. If the file is uploaded successfully, a green tick will appear at the top right corner of the file.
