How to share a post from a Business Page:

The Marketing team will send an email to all staff when we have posted something to any or all of our social media channels to inform you that the posts are ready to be shared from the above Parenta Business pages. All we are asking is that you take 5 – 10 minutes to log into your social media channels and ‘like’ (or ‘love’ if you so wish!) and ‘share’ the most recent post.

The procedure:

It’s important for all of us to stick together during these testing times. With all of our cost saving efforts, it is crucial that we do our very best to help grow the awareness of Parenta in the most cost effective way possible. With the collective help of all of you, the Parenta staff, we would like to ask if everyone could share Parenta’s social media posts on your personal profiles. This is optional, however every bit of awareness we can generate for our services will help.

Facebook

1. Log into your Facebook profile on your mobile phone, tablet or PC. At the top of your profile, you should see the search box (see below). Type in Parenta.

2. Select the below Facebook business page. Please like this page if you have not done so already.

3. This will take you to Parenta’s Facebook page. Scroll down until you find the most recent post described in the email. Then click ‘share’.

4. Click on the first option “Share Now (Public)”

LinkedIn

1. Log into your LinkedIn Profile on your mobile phone, tablet or PC and navigate to the search icon (see below). Type in “Parenta” and select the first option.

2. You will land on Parenta’s LinkedIn Business Page. Please follow Parenta if you have not yet done so.

3. Scroll down until you find the most recent post described in the email. Then click ‘share’.

5. You will see the below screen. Press “Post” in the bottom right hand corner.

Please note…on Instagram, you cannot share Parenta posts like you can with Facebook and LinkedIn. You can only follow Parenta and like the post. Follow the instructions below.

Instagram

1. Log into your Instagram on your mobile phone via the Instagram app. On the home screen, click on the search icon at the bottom of your screen. See below image.

2. Type in “theparentagroup” into the search box and the Parenta icon should display. Click on the Parenta icon.

3. You will now be on the Parenta Business page on Instagram. Scroll down and select the most recent image (This will be the most recent post Parenta has posted).

4. Once you have selected the most recent image/post, you should see the below screen. To ‘like’ this post, either click the heart icon (highlighted below) or click twice (double-tap) on the image.

2. This will take you to Parenta’s business page on Twitter. Please follow this page if you have not done so already. The Parenta Twitter feed is directly below the company information.

1. Log into your Twitter account (commonly accessed on mobile devices via the Twitter app). Navigate to the search box at the top of the screen and type in “theparentagroup”. You should then see the Parenta icon. Click on the Parenta icon.

3. The latest tweet will be shown at the top of the feed (the first post you will see). Click on the Retweet icon at the bottom of the latest post, see below.

3. Once you have hit the Retweet icon, you will have 2 options:

h Retweet (followers will see the Parenta post) h Retweet with a comment (followers will see the Parenta post and a comment you add)

If you are adding a comment, please remember to use the same Hashtags that are in the original Parenta post. (example, #ChildcareTraining, #Level3Childcare, #Childcare). Once you are done writing a comment, click Retweet in the top right hand corner.
